Booked my car for diagnosticThey gave appointment for a week laterAppointment time given8:00am to 10:00amI reached there 08:15am and reception staff told me leave the car and keyAnd come back 16:00pmIt's a joke charging £132.00 for diagnostic test and waste your whole day.Why not you give Appointment for a certain time slot.I have to leave the car and leave the site with taxi and come back on taxi to collect the car.Total waste of time.Unprofessional staffDisappointed

Just had my car fixed here and have to say how brilliant Paris ( senior service advisor) and Paul ( technician) were. I highly recommend this service centre. Keep up the great work guys.

Sterling Servce form Mr Mark Smith at Lexus Hayes.This was my first visit to Lexus Hayes.Mr Mark Smith is a true asset to the organisation.He was helpful, courteous and full of amusing anecdotes.Nothing was too much trouble for Mark.He even gave his lunch away to another hungry customer!Lexus Hayes changed the transmission fluid for a reasonable cost andMark went above and beyond taking the time to show me all of the features in the care and going for a test drive. Just had my car serviced at Lexus Hayes. Brilliant service from James and Klein on the service team. Brilliant lad, whos name i have sadly forgotten, cleaned the car immaculately as part of the service. All round fantastic service and i would happily recommend them.

Had an excellent experience at Lexus Hayes. Its small not crowded but has sufficient space to park your car when you need to drop it off for repairs / Service. The service advisor James was polite and friendly and gave me good advice on fixing an issue that they couldn't (my alignment bolts were stuck). Also they are one of the few lexus dealerships that dont kick up a fuss when you ask them to change the hybrid transaxle oil. They are happy to do it at a reasonable price rather than just saying its sealed for life.Also the work was completed exactly at the promised time and their overall costs are lower than some other lexus dealerships. I would highly recommend if you have a Toyota or lexus vehicle.

I have recently purchased a used Lexus CT200H and took this vehicle into this dealership for a Hybrid health check and I have got to say, that I received an excellent service. And I ordered a Catloc from the dealership yesterday at around 15:00 hours and this part arrived today. I attended this dealership to collect the part and to have it they fitted, and they installed this device in next to no time. I would like to say that I am very impressed with their service and professionalism. I am sure to be using this dealership again in the future.
