I enjoyed a spa day here with my daughters. The spa is nice and relaxing. Calming music playing and an option of various treatments throughout the morning. There is a jaccuzi, meditation room with water beds, a sun room and steam/sauna. You can purchase drinks whilst in the spa and there is a restaurant downstairs for lunch. Service in the restaurant was very slow, and it was empty. We weren't even asked if we'd like another drink when our drinks were empty. Top marks for the spa but not for the restaurant

I recently attended the Hotel for work Christmas party. I have never stayed at the Hotel so I can not comment on the rooms. The Hotel was super busy with lots of other Company Christmas parties. The food was about average for this type of event. The service was OK, but the Hotel was super busy. The Disco for the occasion was cramped and the DJ and sound system was rubbish. I would not recommend this Hotel as a venue for this type of event. However if you are p petrol head, this Hotel is nextdoor to Mercedes Benz World

A Perfect Romantic Getaway at Hotel Brooklands!I recently booked a surprise one-night stay at Hotel Brooklands for my fiancé, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked through the doors, the warm and welcoming reception staff set the tone for a truly unforgettable experience. The room itself was a pleasant surprise, boasting a generous size and impeccable cleanliness. The bathroom was equally impressive, and the overall setting was thoughtfully arranged, creating an ambiance of comfort and luxury. The exceptional quality of the mattress, ensuring a restful night's sleep that left us feeling rejuvenated. To enhance our stay, we opted for a full afternoon tea with prosecco, and it was a delightful experience. The attention to detail in every bite was evident, setting the stage for a romantic evening. For dinner, we indulged in a tender steak that left our taste buds dancing with delight. After dinner, we headed to the bar, where the atmosphere was nothing short of perfect for couples. The cozy ambiance, combined with the right music, created a romantic setting that added to the overall charm of the evening. We enjoyed a few drinks, soaking in the delightful surroundings and relishing in the magic of the moment. The following morning, we started our day with a delicious breakfast, setting the stage for the highlight of our stay – the hydro pool hot tub. The experience was nothing short of magical, making it the best date ever for my fiance and me. The thoughtful amenities and attention to detail in every aspect of our stay made it truly special. Many thanks to the staff at Hotel Brooklands for their exceptional service and for making this surprise date unforgettable. From the warm reception to the delightful dining experiences and the serene hydro pool hot tub, every moment was filled with romance and charm.

We stayed for one night to visit both the Brooklands museum and Mercedes-Benz World before moving onto another part of our mini-holiday.Upon arrival, I was told that breakfast (which I had already paid and booked in advance) was full and we couldn't have it. After a 5/10 minute conversation I was then told I could have breakfast but was asked to pay again. Only after leaving this with the staff to sort out for an hour did they find the initial payment and booked us in for breakfast. What a disappointing and frankly unacceptable amount of bother when turning up at a 4-star hotel! We were unable to get to our room without leaving a £50 deposit on a credit card for any 'extra uses during our stay'.We dropped our belongings off in our room to then proceed out to the Mercedes-Benz world which we had partly stayed for.Dinner in the restaurant was superb. A little bit pricier than average but far superior. Would definitely recommend. We retreated back to our room for the night. In the morning, we had chance to take a proper look at our room. Maybe this is something I should have inspected more closely when receiving our key but I didn't so there you go. The room seemed quite neglected. Not dirty as in soiled but dusty like it had been cleaned 6 months ago and nobody has used the room since. The TV and TV stand were covered in a thick layer of dust. I could write my name in it! We had stayed the night however and so complaining and getting a new room would be pointless as we were only stopping the one night. The view of the track was superb so top points there. We had our breakfast which was an excellent buffet, plenty of choice and all very fresh. Our bill was posted under the door upon our return which detailed the extra charges (dinner) and gave instructions on a quick and easy check-out.I would say the Brooklands hotel is a pleasant place to stay but cleanliness of the room is something I would check straight away upon arrival next time. Hopefully they don't lose my breakfast payment/booking next time either.

Great luxury hotel right next to the Mercedes Benz world. Enjoy rooms with a great view of the skid pan. Good air conditioning and massive Italian style shower for that little bit extra. Also check out the bar which stays open late. Great burger and fries as well.

Overall we loved it. Food was faultless. The only thing I will say is, I did do a package deal, dinner bed and breakfast, which I felt was good value. But parking is charged at £12 per day, which I had included, but I was asked to pay again. But got sorted in the end.But strangely I was asked to pay £4 per person at dinner, apparently a discretionary payment, and also was offered water for the table, I foolishly presumed tap. I was wrong. So for water and a payment I presume for sitting at a table I was charged £14.55. Which didn't seem optional. So I chose to not tip at the end of the meal.So inconclusive it's a beautiful modern hotel, but a bit of upselling involved. Which put us off a bit.But the staff were all polite and helpful. And they dealt with the need for Gluten free superbly. The best we have ever had. Again food was amazing.

Really great 3 course meal and breakfast in dining room. Wish they would have made it more obvious that service charge wasn’t included in the offer. And that there was a separate service charge for the drinks. Also there was Some confusion in what the opening times of the spa is. We looked on the spa-seekers website and it mentioned the spa is open until 10pm and so it was on that basis that we booked Brookland Hotel for our 1st year wedding anniversary. When I called the hotel directly to book the time of the spa treatments however, I was surprised to find out that the spa closes at 7pm. If I had known that beforehand I wouldn’t have booked as I knew it was going to be difficult to get to the hotel prior to 5:30pm and it meant that our spa slot of 3 hours was curtailed to just 6-7pm which was a shame. The treatments we received however were lovely and we were really grateful they were able to accommodate us when we had to switch one of them to the following day.Thank you for an overall very lovely stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were very pleasant

Had an amazing couple of nights at the Brooklands hotel. The hotel is very welcoming with really polite, friendly staff starting at reception and all the way to the restaurant staff.Had dinner in the 1907 restaurant which was amazing. The food was excellent and the choice of wine from Davide was just as good. The breakfast is also really good with plenty of hot and cold food to choose from. The room was spotless with a good view of the race track and Mercedes Benz world and only a short walk to the Brooklands museum. The hotel is close to the main train line in to London. We got the train from Weybridge station which is only a 5 minute drive. Also used the spa which is lovely. Can really recommend the sunlight room. Will definetly be taking the family back again.
