Good gym with everything you need to lose weight, build muscle or for international chest day. Only reason it's not a 5* is the lack of devent changing. Would recommend.

A welcoming gym where the staff don't see you as a money sign. Plenty of programmes and classes with great teachers. The MMA/wrestling grappling is especially good even if you are unfit. As for the gym itself plenty of machines available as well as a nice selection of free hand weights. They also have a lovely sauna available on site, which is great after a session.
