Shocking customer service. We've been in a contract for 2 years. Constantly threatening to disconnect even when account is in credit. I had to tell them I would take my case up to the ombudsman if not sorted. Guess what? Resolved within 2 minutes. Avoid if you can.

Absolutely shocking company. The company constantly harrass you. They also send your account information to other businesses. I've also had messages meant for other companies with their details on.I recieved my bill for the month last month and 12 days later I was cut off until I paid the measly amount and I ALWAYS pay my bills. I'm Absolutely disgusted with them and can't belive a company is allowed to treat their customers the way they do. I regret the day I entered into a contract with them, they have been nothing but trouble. I'm a year in and another 2 to go. Gutted!

This company has charged me way more than what I was paying on an Emergency Tariff with British Gas! I am being charged a Climate Fee also, which has come from nowhere! My bills are constantly high, which is hindering my business. We are due to close if this continues, as it is currently killing our business rapidly. When I called, up they were suggesting this is based on estimations, although I have a smart meter! This has to be the worst business I have ever taken electric with!!!!

I run a micro business, in Octobers my electricity bill was £250 and November it was £460 and this month it's £670 for using the exact same amount of energy as the previous months.At this rate i will have to close up shop for good.These guys are not even hiding the the fact that they're scamming us.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDAVOID these rogue traders like the plague. They will over charge you by 21 days on your bill, and call it an over estimate. They will trick you into a 3 year contract by making out you’re getting a good rate, and lying that the rates are going up in a few days.If your payment is a week late. They will Cut your supply and leave you 48 hours without electricity to secure your property.Staff are extremely rude and dis concerned. Absolute joke of a company, fly by night cow boys.

Terrible company to deal with, continued to overbill us using estimated readings after we vacated a commercial property and passed our details on to third parties so we get endless calls about smart meter installation for a property we are no longer responsible for. They have enough staff to call us almost daily about billing when we've already explained we need an accurate bill in order to be able to pay it - but apparently not enough staff to actually deal with the issue and supply us with an accurate bill based on metre readings we've provided. Would not recommend. 0/5

WARNING!! Avoid at all cost!! This company will interpret the rules to always benefit them Ltd company here after closing due to soaring bills only to have them take an extortionate amount out of a personal bank account 6 months AFTER the business has closed completely unannounced. The personal bank account was used to pay the initial bill. when the contract was started I informed them that it's a LTD company the broker said it's fine just say it's sole trader now and will be changed over anyways but that was a lie. The business has been a LTD company from the start we went through insolvency when closing but as the broker Mis-sold the original contract it's counted as a sole trader even though I have the paperwork from companies house and accountants. The matter is now being taken to claims court as it's impossible to get a amicable solution.

Please please do not use this company, their estimating team should be sacked or in prison. To be able to take over £4K from an account after paying regularly £1.6K per month and actually admit that this is an inflated estimate". No ability to amend the payment either. We cant leave quick enough. We have also found rates at nearly 50% reduction from the Valda offering. Just do not even entertain this company"

Wish I could do a 0 star. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Wish I had read the reviews. I was conned into signing a contract with these scam artist. I was told they were the cheapest and I’d be paying £50 a month, now I’m being charged over £400 and they’re saying I can’t cancel my contract.I run a small business and cannot afford to be paying this ridiculous amount, I’ll have to close my doors

they waste yours and their own time, tell you the wrong information and waste a lot of your time arguing that you are now in a contract that CANNOT be cancelled even tho they had said 1 hour after the contact had started with them 6 weeks ago that it had been cancelled and that I would receive my deposit back as a refund within 48 hours. they then continued to try and take over the meter for the last 6 weeks ignoring my continuous emails that I have moved suppliers and signed an agreement somebody who was able to sort it out straight away. turns out I was fairly lucky as the meter they took over was the wrong unit so my contact was void with Valda energy and I have had a lucky escape, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy
