Revells Removals

I'm extremely grateful to Revells who managed a tricky piano delivery requiring a lot of planning - Paul wasn't going to give up in finding a solution. On the day, Oli, Toby, Drew and Josh were also very professional, polite, careful and tidy. Great job and much appreciated.

My first house move without a breakage! THANK YOU! Paul was very professional, patient and always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. During the move he also phoned to check that I was happy with how the move was progressing. I had a three day move including a pack and a baby grande piano to move. The men all worked so hard and nothing was a problem for them from a customers point of view! They were well mannered and respectful too. Fantastic service in helping us move 2 sofas at very short notice. Had the Sofas with us within 2 hours of my first call. Professional and experienced staff manged to squeeze them in through a tight space and also helped remove the old ones so we could dispose of them. All round 5 stars!

Revells did a long-distance, 3 day move for me last month (700 miles). They were excellent from the point I first asked them for an estimate to the moving in date. I had a very drawn out house sale and had to cancel several pencilled-in dates. Paul kept in touch with me regularly throughout and bent over backwards to help when everything eventually fell into place even on shorter notice than planned and at a very busy time. My piano was moved so carefully and the team managed to manouevre it and other large items through various doorways in an old house, which wasn't easy. It was a stressful move for a number of reasons, but I felt that my possessions were in capable hands. I'm very grateful and would recommend them without hesitation.

Exceptional team of very pleasant and careful guys who go beyond the normal to make a move stress free.Completely trustworthy and highly skilled at getting all our “stuff” in place so we can relax in the new cottage.Cannot rate them highly enough.And it was all done with a smile !!

Had Items left in storage for some months, returned with items broken and in poor state. Insurance didn’t cover repair, left out of pocket. It would be generous to say that the company were bothered by their inability to look after a crate of items without them being damaged. Lesson learnt, now use another local business that deliver a good service.

We recently used Revells to pack and move house. The service we received was second to none, from the office to the removals men. Even when we had issues with completion, the company helped us immensely. I have no hesitation in recommending Revells.
