I moved house and the aerial situation was bad here. There was an aerial but no sockets. With none of my friends able to recommend anyone personally I tentatively turned to the internet for help and found Ben. I rang, made an appointment and he turned up as he said he would. A quick explore of the house to gain an understanding of the situation, he told me the problems and quoted me there and then. I was genuinely happy with the quote and said yes. Then he did the work straight away which was brilliant! He really surprised me as I figured he would just quote and come back another day. His service was brilliant, the work was quickly and cleanly carried out with Ben always showing care and attention to the potential dust he might be making from drilling and ensuring he leaves no trace. He really just gets on with it. He was very Covid aware too, keeping on a mask and keeping his distance too. Seriously, a very pleasant chap. Helpful, informative, pleasant, professional and happy. And he doesn't even ask you to write a review! I am doing this as good work needs recognising and small businesses need our support. Use him!

After buying a new smart TV we found that neither the existing aerial nor a replacement we had bought were satisfactory. Across the internet, the TV was fine, but as a TV very poor. We found Ben on the Norfolk County Council Trusted Trader site, one of several aerial installation and repair engineers listed, and after reading reviews and asking for a quote he came round and tested the set up and our various equipments. Suffice it to say that when he arrived we had terrible reception and poor quality sound and vision (unlike other TVs in the house). After he left, and ever since, the TV has performed to the quality we'd hoped for and expected. Ben's work was thoroughly professional, extremely tidy and successful. His quote wasn't entirely accurate - he charged us a few pounds less than we'd expected, which was a pleasant surprise. We'd have paid more. It is an absolute pleasure to see professionalism at work, and I would recommend Aerials By Ben unreservedly.

Contacted Ben to see what would be our best option to improve signal to one of our TVs. Visited within a few days to check the options available. No pressure sales, professional and clean work. Certainly recommend Ben for any TV aerial work you may need doing.

Ben is a professional, courteous and very knowledgeable person and fixed an issue with our tv reception which another local fitter had said they had fixed! The tv pictures in all the rooms has never been sharper and the price quoted was very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

My aerial blew down after strong winds I contacted Aerials by Ben, the staff were friendly and helpful and managed to get Ben out to me the next day. He was very polite, professional and explained the costs and what needed doing. Would definitely recommend this company, the prices are very good. All round excellent service!
