Quietly ExcellentQuiet PC, based in Yorkshire, is an excellent company producing high quality PCs (standard or bespoke) and selling components.The build quality is high. There is a wide choice of cases. Some are small and elegant. Some have unique looks, and could qualify as works of art. There are conventional ones too.Customer service is friendly and efficient. Technical support is brilliant. Delivery is fast. And many of their PCs are not just quiet - they are silent.OK - you can probably get comparable performance PCs a bit cheaper elsewhere, but when you factor in the overall support, and the unique qualities of their products, they are good value. I have bought three PCs from them and recommend them highly.

Yesterday I had a major problem with a system I purchased from QuietPC 6 years ago and which I built myself. The system refused to boot. I spoke on several occasions to Paul, who was the epitome of great service. He suggested several things to try, none of which worked, sadly, so I ordered a new motherboard, processor, memory and PSU for delivery to me today.I want to express my praise for Paul’s patience and technical knowledge - he made me feel like nothing was too much trouble for him, and he guided me towards the necessary replacement components and explained why he had chosen each one. He had the patience of a saint and a deep knowledge of their products.I have no hesitation in recommending QuietPC to anyone who believes in the traditional values of quality products and excellent service.I’m impressed.

I bought a PC from QuietPC in October 2020. It's based on the Streacom ST-DB4 Fanless Aluminium Chassis which is a beautiful piece of industrial design. Last Sunday the PC would not power up. I sent an email to QuietPC support on Sun, Dec 3, 4:18 PM and got a detailed reply (from Andy) on Mon, Dec 4, 12:58 PM (less than 5 working hours later). Andy suggested that the problem was most likely a failure of the Streacom ST-NANO160 power supply and that rather than incurruing the time and expense of shipping my PC back to QuietPC for repair, which he said they would be very happy to do, he suggested that I order a new Streacom ST-NANO160 power supply from QuietPC and install it myself. So I ordered the new, Streacom ST-NANO160 power supply, folowed the very clear instructions in Andy's email and hey presto a working PC again. Brilliant! Thanks Andy. I will definately be ordering my next PC from QuietPC.

I never write Google reviews :) But I'll make an exception for Quiet PC. They are the best - great systems, great support and advice.
