Todd James Handcrafted Kitchens and Bedrooms

We used Todd to design and build new handmade office furniture; with both of us working from home permanently now as a result of COVID we wanted a really nice space to work in. Todd provided two or three design options based on what we were looking for and, once agreed, he delivered on time and on budget.Todd's workmanship is exceptional and we are absolutely delighted with the finished room. As a result, we've asked Todd to build some more furniture for us in the New Year. A massive thank you to Todd and his team.

We’ve recently had a bespoke kitchen & pantry plus alcove units in the dining room, all designed and installed by Todd James. We could not be more delighted with everything.Creating the design was great fun. We spent several hours in the showroom with Selena who really understood us and what we were looking for. She took us through every component of the kitchen, showing us photos and samples for inspiration, advising on paint colours and lighting etc. and producing detailed drawings. She continued to tweak until we were absolutely happy.The team in the office kept us informed as the production progressed and assisted in sourcing the right appliances and worktops. Installation started exactly on the day agreed and ran smoothly, followed by careful hand painting by Jay. Everyone involved was a real professional and genuinely cared about getting a high-quality finish. Todd visited regularly throughout the installation and several times afterwards to ensure we were completely happy with everything. If you’re seeking a new kitchen or any other bespoke joinery, Todd and the team provide a fantastic service, the very highest quality of product and brilliant aftercare, and they’re all just lovely people to deal with.

Todd designed and built new wardrobes for my sons bedroom.From the first meeting for the quote through to the installation Todd was great.The finished product is amazing quality and both my son and I love them.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Todd and hopefully we will be using him again for future projects.

Supremely happy with Todd James and their finished products! A bit of a background story- being an interior designer based in the UAE and completing a project in the UK was not easy- however, I am so grateful to have randomly stumbled upon Todd James and being able to have visited their showroom. My client and I were blown away by the finesse of their joinery items and product knowledge possessed by their lead designer, Selena. Honestly a class apart! We had two large built-in units fitted in- from the design to the smaller details, everything was taken care of. And we all know how important these small details can be. The end result were two flawless units, and I cannot wait to share professional photos with Todd once they are made available to me. Thanks again team!

** AVOID THIS COMPANY ** Unfortunately we were taken in by Todd and his sales patter, very poor quality workmanship from someone who says he's a trained carpenter! We have called up the showroom to raise all our concerns and we have been continuely fobbed off. Only one of the panels line up, two of the doors appear to be warped. Not what we expected at all considering the price we paid. We have made trading standards aware and will be taking legal action. Please do your homework we really wish we had.

So impressed with the whole design, installation and after service. From the outset Selena was fantastic, her vision for our requirements/ wishes was the best by far from all the other kitchen designers we had gone to.The quality of the units and the meticulous attention to detail during the installation was great, resulting in a fabulous kitchen which was far beyond our expectations, many thanks Todd, Selena and team.

Selena was brilliant at listening to all of our needs and coming up with incredible plans that factored everything in and revising details as necessary throughout the process as the kitchen was fitted alongside building work which meant there were lots of moving parts.
