ASDA Opticians

I called the Asda opticians to make an appointment the earliest they could give me was six weeks away.so i went to another opticians that fitted me in the same day. I then took my prescription back to Asda to purchase some glasses.They told me i needed an appointment to look at glasses I wanted the Glasses a soon as i could as i had not had my eyes tested for 3 years due to Covid.I went back to the other optician and purchased glasses there and then.I am so pleased that Asda can refuse money like this.my thought is how long will it be before we make appointments to get a grocery shop.Since then my wife has purchased glasses from the other company too.Don't think i will be using them in the future.

Having not had very good customer service in the past from Asda Telford opticians, I excepted that what cheaper glasses are , it’s what’s you get . Today I went in to ask for help as my arm broke off my glasses , and was trumertised as I work in retail and the thought of having no glassesI was immediately put at ease and was dealt with by Andy not only was he friendly and compassionate but he dealt with me as a customer with excellent people skills , I will have no qualms in returning to you in the futureWell done Asda for recruiting a customer service championThankyou Andy again you truly have restored my faith in returningKind Regards Mandy Ferguson

Helpful staff Great glasses Excellent value

Am really disappointed in the level of service given to my son today when he collected his glasses, my son has a high prescription and they didn’t even take the time to correctly fit his glasses so that they stay where they should. When I called to query this, they said they had been, but I can see from the frames no adjustments have been made.

Excellent, Excellent oh and excellent. Love my glasses at a great price. Staff professional and explain everything clearly. Couldn’t recommend enough. Use to go to Specsavers, what a rip off with their prices. ASDA price the best.

I had read about Asda Opticians so I thought I would give them a try. I got 2 pairs of varilux glasses, one turned into sunglasses for £160, brilliant price great staff and great quality lenses, cannot fault this service, many thanks too you all.

ASDA Telford optitions completely unhelpful.Refused to change my lenses in sunglasses. Said they could not be done. Was it because I did not purchase them from that branch. Other ASDA optitions have been able to help.Went to a high street optitions and they were able to help - job done.Very disappointed and some better customer service skills required.

Had an eye examination on Friday my glasses arrived on weds even though a bank holiday. Faultless for start to finish. Friendly staff. Great selection of glasses to choose from . Highly recommend
