I cat my finger before I took the mug out of the packaging, it just broke in my hand and cut my finger, it was supposed to be a mug for a child, thank you very much for such products, I do not recommend them!

5 Star customer service! Received a mug as a gift and after a few weeks, the design started peeling off. Alerted Paladone of a possible production flaw and they have gone above and beyond by providing me with a replacement!

Cannot speak highly enough of this company's customer service, and indeed product quality. Some wall decals we purchased had marks on them from the manufacturing process. Because we weren't ready to use the product until after the 30 days return period had expired we hadn't noticed. We called the manufacturer and explained the situation and they were absolutely fantastic. The product is excellent - this was a one off problem, and they resolved it immediately. Thank you so much!
