We have just had a conservatory built by Banbury Windows and are very happy with the service we have received from the company and by the high quality of the workmanship. Russell was excellent throughout, helping us with design ideas and with good advice. The project was well managed and the sub-contractors were all friendly and capable. All in all it was a good experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending Banbury Windows to others looking to add a conservatory to their home.

I rarely give reviews, unless the service is very bad or very good; in this case, it's the latter. From the outset, Banbury provided an excellent service and the end result was exceptional. Everyone we dealt with, the manager, the surveyor and finally the fitters were polite, professional and friendly. We did get quotes from other suppliers, and although the figures were similar, Banbury's customer service was over and above the others. I highly recommend them.John Hazzard

Fantastic experience with Banbury Windows, with a particular mention to Russell. From the moment we made the general enquiry phone call, Russell provided quality advice, excellent communication and guided us through the whole process. What could have been a painful process, having to apply for planning permission due to convenance restrictions, went extremely smoothly. Russell listened to our wish lists and was able to recommend what would not only suit the house but quickly got to know what we liked and disliked. The overall appearance of the house now looks incredible. We had all windows replaced, front door, rear stable door and french doors. I would recommend anyone to Banbury Windows in a heart beat!

Banbury installed a quality door with a new electronic door lock. Outside of Banbury's control, there were issues with the door lock. However, Banbury spent a lot of time at their expense to rectify the issues, making several visits and following up regularly. Their level of professionalism and attention to detail was a credit to the company, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Big thanks to Banbury Windows, l did have a small issue with the colour fading on the front door. Banbury Windows without any issues reordered a new door and fitted without any questions. Smashing service and very happy.

We have used Banbury Windows & Doors twice now and have been very pleased. The service from beginning to end has been excellent. The most recent experience was particularly good. Special thanks to Russell who spent time with us, listened to our thoughts and made excellent and innovative suggestions. The follow-up service was very prompt and we were actually offered an earlier date for installation than we thought possible. The fitters kept us up to date with timings and did the job very efficiently and effectively, including solving potentially difficult access problems. We are really delighted with the outcome - thank you all.

When we decided to take down a pre existing conservatory, the previous owners left, we knew we needed some ideas and help with what we could do to get creative.After a few local companies agreed to come round and give us a quote , none of which turned up after very unhelpful visits , with some smacking of arrogance, we met Russ from Banbury who was like a breath of fresh air!Informative, creative, attentive and most importantly listened and included our ideas.After measuring up , taking away ideas, Russ invited us down to the showroom to look at frames and colour choices.After this we waited for the quote"

Absolutely no issue whatsoever! From our initial contact with Neil, at the Shrewsbury Showroom right through to the surveyor, then the builder and finally, the door fitter, all providing a quite excellent, first class service. We had a front and rear door and also, a tri-fold door to replace our aging patio doors. Everyone was helpful, very polite and respectful of our wishes and I genuinely believe, everyone had the customer interest at heart.Would I use Banbury Windows again? Yes, of course I would. Would I recommend them to family and friends? Yes, in a heartbeat as Banbury Windows were recommended to us.Well done to all involved.Richard Evans.
