Ever seen the TV series Fone Shop? Well this is nothing like that. Friendly relaxed staff and more than willing to help when it's clear there is no money involved. A good bunch.

Went in to upgrade my phone, conversation started alright except the staff member criticised my choice of operating system before knowing which phone I was going for. Very pushy to get me to upgrade, without any incentive (waiving upfront fee etc). I understand it is down to store discretion but the deals offered over the customer service phone line and another EE store were completely different, cheaper too. Ended up politely walking away and went to the EE store in Salisbury - they were much better. Actually advised it is worth waiting a couple of months before upgrading as it would save me a lot of money. Says it all really. I would not recommend EE Andover.

We went there to see about an upgrade for my husband's phone. They were far more concerned about 'being right' than letting us look at phones WE wanted to see. When my husband (who is HIGHLY trained and degreed) was 'argued with' - we walked out. Just got up and left. ALL The sales clerks in there were MORE concerned about being on their phones than helping customers. And if/when you DID get a sales clerk, they HAD to know it all. Yes, jolly good that is! Great care (NOT!!) ALSO their 'plans' are NOT the same as online it would BEHOOVE the staff to KNOW THIS. You can get FAR Better DEALS CARE AND SERVICE online than you can in the Andover EE Store (Absolutely ridiculous, bunch of vanity driven millennials!!)

I've been a customer with EE for about 8 years now. Went to get my upgrade a few weeks ago and they put me on a different contract to the one I agreed to in store, went in and had a chat with them about it to try and get it all sorted. Within a few days they had the issue corrected and put me on and even better deal than originally planned. Big thank you too Ben and Dave great lads and we're both very understanding thank you again.

The young chap was helpful if a little annoying. I felt he thought I was not savvy due to age. He did help with my issue though
