Very Horrible and disgusting experience.So they contacted me because I was looking for a room. They send me an email with the link and photos. I liked the room and said I’m ok to proceed.But they said you have to in person to see,I don’t get that logic, if someone is moving from completely another city how do they expect to come and see the room to finalise ?Or they said send your family or friends in a very rude way.I even said I’m ok with look if the room if I can’t come to see.The guy just shamelessly said to me the room is under offer sorry.Sorry for what, playing around with me ??You wasted my time and energy. And said we have offer from last week.Why did you come to me if you had offers ?Why did you waste my time if you had offers?I’m going on social media and then report you too.

We used the services of Brooklyns Estate agency for the first time. They came recommended by a friend. We are pleased to state that we were not disappointed at all.They were courteous and very professional in their dealings. The team was extremely helpful in sorting out some issues we had. They also arranged the necessary gas and electricity certificates for the house as we couldn't find suitable people to certify it in time.They made sure that we were kept in the loop and that everything went smoothly.We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent out their property.

Excellent positive and friendly approach. Worked extremely hard to get all done ahead of time and requirements met immediately. Discussion with options presented on marketing and some ideas which would have been worthwhile implementing had I contact with Brooklyns earlier. Therefore, tap into the wealth of knowledge from Liam and ultimately find a legitimate tenant.

We received poor customer service from this estate agent. Having viewed flats in the area with a handful of local estate agents, we were expecting a professional and friendly service, which we did not receive.Our first phone call to query a property was met with a stand-offish response to a question regarding whether it was possible to view a property that day as we did not live locally and wanted to make the most of the visit to Maidenhead. Rather than being understanding and helpful, the woman on the phone was condescending.After having arranged a viewing at a property, we called the office as no-one had turned up, and we weren't even sent any information as to who we were meeting and where. We were then told (on the phone, as we stood on the site of the property we had gone to view) that the property had been put on hold, and we had not been notified, rather left to figure it out for ourselves. A professional service would have notified us prior to the viewing time. We were told that we had been emailed" but no email had been received

what an amazing team. we had a bad experience with previous estate agents. Harps Francessca Liam and Omar bent over backwards and placed in an amazing property in maidenhead. we would highly recommend Brooklyns as your agent.thanks guysDavid and Samantha
