This business was the selected breakdown recovery when I broke down near Conwy just off the A55.Eugene who attended was a really nice guy and clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. He diagnosed the problem very quickly after hearing what had happened and a visual inspection.He was confident that if driven with care we could get the car back to their workshop in Kinmel Bay. So he followed behind and I drove the car very gently to the garage.Once there we were provided with a warm drink whilst Eugene ran a full diagnostic check and enquiry of the ECU. This confirmed his diagnosis of a failing coil-pack and HT Lead set combined.He got me to photograph the screen of his diagnostic iPad so I had a full record for my own mechanic.He then noticed my partner's rollator in the boot of the car. He then asked her if she would be able and comfortable to get in to the flatbed truck that was going to be used to get my car back to Cheshire.She said she would be fine but I mentioned we had vulnerable cover on my Eversure recovery policy. He immediately insisted we should travel back via taxi whilst the car would return on the flatbed.It was now dark and so he asked if we were happier if he delivered the car the next day (Sun) which was much better for me. Within 15 minutes and after another coffee he had arranged a taxi home and the taxi was there.We were back home an hour later and the car was delivered the next day.This is proper customer service from a true gent with a proper business and 40yrs of experience. This is why I choose Eversure because they work with these high quality local garages with many years mechanical & electrical experience.Eugene turned an upset at the end of our day out into as pleasant an experience as possible.

Locked my keys in the boot, they had someone out to me within 2 hours and the job was done quickly and professionally

Courtesy of my roadside recovery Tilery Garage came and took a look at my car Friday morning. Starter Motor was the cause of the problem. Garage ordered the part, fitted and had the car back by Sunday. Fast, polite and courteous service. Many Thanks to the Garage for the quick turn around and getting my car sorted!!

Had a flat tyre it was a Saturday morning ..as with newer cars there's no spare . Called Tilery Garage Kinmel Bay for help. They came out and took the tyre back to the garage , checked it for a puncture ,no puncture . Turned out to be a faulty valve which they changed . Would recommend TG 100% , friendly helpful service . Car broke down whilst on holiday, fitted me in quickly, got us back on the road and reasonably priced.Also explained clearly the fault and how it occurred.

Eugene and his staff are amazing. They were so accommodating and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. They managed to fit us in to make sure my family and I could enjoy our holiday. I would thoroughly recommend the garage every time.

On our return journey home from holiday, we stopped at Asda and went to fill up our coolant & oil and saw that the coolant pipe was snapped completely leaking water/coolant everywhere. Rung this garage and they sent 2 guys out within the hour. They checked it over and got us back to their garage, within 20 mins they’d replaced the pipe and were so reasonable in price been as though they came out to us. Was very impressed, friendly and approachable. Would 100% recommend.

Took my van in with a problem with the under plastic engine cover which had dropped away ....they instantly looked at it and repaired it while i waited....ive never had service like that ! Thankyou so much as i was on holiday here and really stuck !
