Vehicle descriptions are very vague and the majority of the vehicles are overpriced. Arrange your own vehicle recovery lorry as will only be a fraction of what copart will charge you.

This depot 's location is a disaster, the small country roads leading into it are not wide enough to cope with the commercial vehicles coming and going

Wasn't the worst place, hard to let them know your there on the app when the Internet availability isn't great

A lot of people say staff is very rude up there , but that's not quite true. Staff has to deal with misguided, uninformed, confused and even angry customers on a daily basis. Lot of things doesn't make sense in this company, like hidden fees (late fees,storage fees, loading fees,even bidding fees and many many many more, which leaving you paying nearly twice your original bid) , stupid app appointments, no cash or card payments taken on site etc etc.. Oh and if you are selling car, brace yourself for charges too, they charge enormous amounts buyer and seller. Every time you go there you have to prepare yourself for any stupid , nonlogical rule they'll throw at you. Please understand, it's not staff, it's a greedy company itself with it's policy. Thanks

Try to write peoples car off the road even the car is fine. And staff are very cheeky. 1 girl in particular...... you know how you are....... if there was a half star I would do that. Hopefully will never ever have to go back anywhere near the place ever again. Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Money making scam......

never met so much ignorant people. all jobs worth with no qualifications working in a junk yard. they make u pay for a hi vis jacket just to arrive in the yard . everyones insurance pays for this. i hope it is investigated. corrupt. the recovery boys seem to do well . but im glad they do. they are good they benefit us.

Bought a car here only to realise engine was scrap needing replaced at nearly twice the market value of the car nothing advertised at auction to say any mechanical issue with the car. But its not there problem now they don't wana know.
