One Stop

Been in there this afternoon witnessed a young lady carrying a puppy noted she was by herself and it’s currently 27 degrees. The shop assistant an blonde Poorly educated Scouse woman was so unhelpful telling her the no dog policy and made her wait until she got to the front of the que and then unhelpfully said get out in a rude way. Sorry I understand a no dogs policy but it was obvious she was struggling and she tries to pass the poorly educated shop assistant her debi card but once again one stop staff are lacking in customer service skills. Is there not bigger problems in there like thieves and smack heads on the rob? But it seems obvious one stop employ obnoxious idiots

A member of staff called Fiona recently followed my friend around the shop as if he was a shop lifter. When I phoned back up and asked her why she was doing this, she said she’s allowed to if someone doesn’t ‘look right’ or ‘looks a bit off’. Absolutely appalling, my friend has severe mental health problems and being treated like this has really knocked his confidence. Fiona should be absolutely ashamed of herself! Treating someone like that is just not on. One Stop please correctly train Fiona in how to deal with customers and also make her aware that there are people with mental health problems and disabilities too. It’s so unfair to judge someone on their appearance and it’s even worse to assume the worst of someone because of the clothes they are wearing!!!!! Literally disgusted!!!!!

Decent shop with good stock - I have visited a couple of times and can agree that there has been a particular member of staff who was short & rude but other than that - it’s good.Also helpful that it has a ATM machine inside.

Justin wanted to say big thank you to staff in store today who helped me to return a parcel to Amazon even though my we code didn't work. Problem solved which was great.

Very rude staff was talking amongst themselves as I was trying to talk completely ignored me would no recommend this shop!

This shop has the Best Staff. They are so helpful, kind and most of all welcoming. They always have time to chat. We are so lucky to have a local store like this. ❤️

I find this shop to be rather expensive & the staff seem more concerned with talking amongst themselves than sorting customers . I,ve been in a few times and waited several mins to be served when the shop has been empty & some of the male staff are very surly& rarely smile .

I was there to collect a parcel and Fiona, the manager, was so rude (started laughing with my wife’s name). I see there are many complaints about her and don’t understand how she stills works there. She seemed racist aswell as English is not my first language.
