Customer service is diabolical. Eventually I got a female assistant to take an interest. If looks could kill I'd be dead by now. She was faux polite through gritted teeth. She wasn't wearing a mask (still mandatory) and I asked why she wasn't. She said in a venomous tone 'I'll put one on IF YOU WANT'. I said I did. I definitely won't be going back there ever.

Amazing customer service In store today. Two shop assistants went above and beyond helping us, even gave us all drinks although we only needed to buy 20 tiles and some Silicon!Such lovely staff. Mega helpful. Wide selection in stock compared to Topps Tiles. Highly recommend.
