Great customer support

Old elevator but nice customer service plus the manager was quite nice.

Good service and supportive staff

I am shocked at how bad the communication is with this care home. I worked for them for a week in September and I've not had my wages still even after chasing the manager directly. I am so disappointed as this has lead me to having no means to support myself and my small child. I can't believe this company has gotten away with this and I'm probably not the only person they've messed about in regards to wages.
