Some of the staff don't know how to communicate effectively, cause some of us(members of public)are in a vulnerable situation/state whereas been spoken down upon to some of whom can cause more problems than what its worth to some.

Abrupt, aggressive and patronising. No effort to be polite or understanding. Very understandable why people get turned off from public services like the Jobcentre and NHS. Services though provided with good intentions, often let down by staff. Unfortunately in my experience it is the BME staff that seem to be most abrupt, aggressive and patronising. The advisors are late for appointments (often due to having a good old chinwag and laff with other staff - ) quite rude.

Job centres are only good for one thing. Sanctioning and cutting everyone's benefits! And sending you too a charity food bank. The more claimants they reduce the quicker they will be claiming Jsa aswell. If it's a job centre they should jobs lined up for everyone. They should realistically have jobs for all the claimants there. But then we have businesses who rather hire apprentices and pay a couple of quid, rather then paying minimum wage. Oh I forgot too tell you learn while you work as being a receptionist I didn't realise there was so much too learn from this proffession.Your better off visiting businesses face too face and giving in your c.v.They couldn't give a monkeys if you lose out, your just another girl or boy from the hood. Just a number to them. No wonder there packed out with security. The rich get richer and the poor get even more poor. What do you

Dreadful mornings and afternoons can be spent here being talked down to or having your benefits stopped or worse placed with a 6 month sanction for something they forgot to do but turns the blame on you. The fat old man with the glasses upstairs needs to lose his job or retire asap. Very rude smug member of staff along with a few other idiots downstairs.

They have plenty of time to sit on twitter and social media sites, when they don't even get back to the claimants. My work coach, Louise, wouldn't give me her phone number. What else is that thing sitting on her desk for? When I emailed her, she wouldn't even get back to me. She got back to me after a week, only after I shamed her up by saying that she needs to act like a professional. The claim was stopped. All that time wasted and I didn't even get any money. I've started a new one. Hopefully, this one will be different. For £24,000 a year, you'd think they could be better.

There's a black woman there that deserves to be fired. I saw her report someone even though they did everything EVERY job centre asks for. Also the people that work there need to realise the only reason they have a job is because many more don't. And its not that hard to get a work coach job, you just need a couple of GCSEs. Plus it would be normal to think none of the work coaches have any logic. When you tell them you can't get a job because you have no experience they still say its your fault. And if you say there are no jobs you can apply to because of your limited experience then you get in trouble for not applying to irrelevant jobs. If you apply to the same kind of jobs then your told off... Maybe the reason someone's doing that is because that's the only jobs you can apply to. Oh and apparently looking for a job doesn't apply for job search you actually have to apply to loads- bollocks!

useless, aggravating people who seem to only HELP in making your life that little more miserable, which for some of the people there you can tell they enjoy that. never got anywhere in their own life so they take it out on you, sad people. going here is a chore, unnecessary travel to have a 2min useless talk with someone and leave with nothing more than you arrived with.
