Not possible to make appointments to see a doctor, so I needed to register with my old GP in London.

One of the doctors leaves you sat in the waiting room for hours while she spends upto 40 minutes with each patientThey tell you to ring for test results but there shutAlways felt like I'm not taken seriously when I've been poorly

Horrible place with no sense of confidentiality.Don't let the ramp outside fool you, its the only disability help/aid they have, and when I've been in there or gone past it, the exit at the bottom of the ramp is blocked.Definitely not ideal for anyone in a wheelchair inside either, because all doors are heavy fire doors and none of the gp's or receptionists are willing to help open them or help disabled patients get through them. When my husband and I registered, because I wasn't well at the time, he took in his form, his carer form and mine all at the same time. He was registered as a patient of the practice and as my carer within three days, eg it took them an entire month to register me as they lost my form. If then took them 3 months to get my digital medical records (Carmarthen too Llanelli), meanwhile, the doctor I was newly registered with, without meeting me, without speaking with me or seeing my Notes, dropped every one of my painkillers to a really low dose, increased the anti inflammatories, then went on holiday for two weeks so I couldn't even speak with him about it.After being with the surgery a while now, I've seen part of my Notes, enough to know they're writing random notes in my records and nothing factual... so when my medication changes, its not being logged in my notes, yet they seem more than happy to write I discharged myself from hospital !! (Which most, if not all specialists or other doctors seeing my notes would think 'why is that even in there?').The other two points I noted ish out of the three doctors I saw during Open Clinic times, all three are very contradictory of each other. Then, there is the doctor who the receptionists reprimand, often in front of patients and during a doctor/patient consultation!!! (shows a huge flaw in the receptionists lack of respect for doctor/patient confidentiality). If this wasn't enough to put you off registering here, the doctors, because they only have 10 minutes with a patient who has waited six weeks to see them, the docs are still doing the consultation with you while you are in the hallway leaving".The last straw for me
