I have been with Rose-Marie's yoga class for a year, although I have been practising yoga for many years. Without a doubt this is one of the best classes I have attended. Rose-Marie is an excellent teacher and I love the fact that our class is not just about yoga, but also living healthily. The beautiful music played in class adds so much enjoyment to every session. I have attended Rose-Marie's Pilates classes for many years and feel that has kept me more mobile & flexible. Also impacts on the mind while taking care & time for myself. I have also attended super relaxation evenings and the yoga&Pilates retreat in Sweden. There is always something new happening
