Took my car to see what is causing a vibration on the car when braking, ended up snapping my genuine vw audi group lock in wheel nuts, probably used a torque wrench gun as I've owned the car nearly 4 years and never had that problem prior. Telephoned to tell me they were taking the car to skoda to remove/replace the wheel nuts. When I arrive to collect my vehicle they had replaced with cheap aftermarket lock in wheel nuts and I had a feeling he thought it was funny. Did not provide me with a receipt for over £130. Not happy would not recommend using this firm very unprofessional and have a bloody cheek to replace a genuine part with cheap rubbish l, without asking your permission and not showing the damage caused to my old ones. Also even wheel they have scratched when removing the wheel nuts. Willing to remove/amend this review if you come up with a amicable solution to put my car how it was when I first brought it to you and provide me with a receipt! absolute shambles

Don’t take your car to these lot they give you a wrong diagnosis just to get more money out of you, was told my squeaking noise in my car was because of my rear axal bush but it was actually because of the anti- roll bar linkage ball joint, lol meant to be professionals absolute amateurs-replying to the owner, listen don’t lie he made me order the part aswell so stop trying to cover him lol, like I said AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Always so, so helpful! We have used this garage exclusively for our car and van for the last few years and the guys are brill. Always finding the cheapest option and giving great advice, tiny jobs are sometimes completed for nowt as a thanks for being a loyal customer - the lads are all so friendly too, wouldn’t go anywhere else :)
