B&M Insurance

I was struggling to find a competitive quote and Google provided me with B&M insurance. Dan sourced several options very quickly and was very straightforward to deal with unlike numerous others i tried prior. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. i would genuinely recommend Dan and will be back in the future.

I’ve never used an insurance broker before B & M. I’ve always used comparison sites and done everything on the internet myself, thinking this was the quickest and most efficient use of my time and money. However, following a bereavement, I required a more tailored insurance cover and, after LOTS of trudging through websites, found that none of the big companies and comparison sites were of any help whatsoever. It was so frustrating having to fill in loads of electronic forms only to find that they couldn’t help and don’t even get me started on the Chat Bots.I found B & M via the BIBA website and they were fantastic. I was able to speak to an actual human being (Kevan) who was brilliant. Everything was sorted so quickly and easily and was completely stress-free. I was kicking myself that I’d not done it sooner. I’ve since renewed and have stayed with B & M. It’s so refreshing to be able to talk to an actual person who knows the area and also knows what they’re talking about, as opposed to a faceless robot or “helpline” who just run through a pre-written script and could quite easily be selling you a fridge for all the product knowledge they have.I can’t recommend B & M highly enough. 10 out of 10.

I have been dealing with B&M for a few years now, initially through one of our acquisitions. I am fortunate to have Dan Fay as our account manager. He explains everything so clearly so it's easy to understand. Always responds in a timely manner, always professional, always a pleasure to deal with. Totally diligent. He has won a few renewals on our various policies. Insurance can be a mine field but Dan takes the sting out of it.Customer satisfaction.

Cannot say good enough things about B&M Insurance. We needed buildings insurance and every where we went to asked questions off a tick sheet asking daft questions that were not relevant. Found B&M online called and bingo a human service that asked relevant questions, and a very good service. We are now happy customers
