I found the lovely ladies in the shop very friendly and helpful, I was given fantastic service and very truthful as well you don't find that in many places, they were interested in getting me the right chair, not just to make a sale . They really looked after me, and helped me out with all the paperwork. It was really great to get the old fashion customer service I really can't say enough good things about them. Fantastic and supportive, June was an amazing woman who supported us through the difficult process of a loved one losing their mobility and independence.

Just had even more fantastic service today, (24/7/23) Had a problem with my new power chair, called the shop at 9am to report the problem, the lovely lady June arranged for someone to come out to fix it, the lovely man turned up at 11.15am, and fixed the fault. What can I say was really impressed with the way my problem was dealt with, Would recommend this shop to anyone that wanted this kind of service. Thanks again everyone.

I recently purchased a scooter from London Mobility. We were greeted at the show room by a very friendly lady by the name of June. She brought several scooters for me to try, nothing was too much for her, she advised me on the safety regulations. I drove the scooter, the one I chose, around the parking area until I felt satisfied. Next day a lovely gentleman John brought the scooter to my home, and took me around the neighbourhood until I was confident driving it, John also showed me how to manage going into and out of the lifts that we have in our flats. John also assured me that if I was worried about anything at all regarding the scooter and my driving, he said, do not hesitate to call and someone will come out to me.I am very grateful to John and June, for giving me the confidence in using the scooter which I have fondly named it JJ. London Mobility is a friendly and great place to visit.

Took my Dad to the showroom so that he could try out a couple of mobility scooters with a mind to making a purchase. Jenny was very helpful as he tried out several scooters with no pressure to make a sale. The scooter was delivered just 3 days later by John who was most obliging and didn't leave until Dad was confident in manoeuvring in and out of his flat. We would certainly recommend London Mobility. I work with disabled people. I would like to say that Jane is a wonderful person. Today, I brought her a chair for a disabled person for the service. She did her job professionally, and she also humbly cleaned and polished it. Because of my long work, I say in all honesty that Jenny and her excellent customer service is the reason why I come here every time. She is a wonderful person.

Only 1 type of non motorized wheelchair in store, no choice of large or small backwheel, no choice of light weight or sturdy, only a one size fits all, no choice if you need an armrest that moves for easy access, only 1.£800 in my pocket to get the best available on the market, but no choice.I was impolite, and I'm sorry for that, I'd got 2 buses to take a heavy man in a wheelchair so he could try out many options, so when the lady said we can get in....(other wheelchairs)" I really wasn't interested
