I dropped in to discuss business card design and found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. I was however very disapponted with the service that I received.Having provided 3 sides of a 4-sided business card I just needed the contact details and a simple message presenting nicely in keeping with the rest of the brand.The first attempt was awful and sent by someone other than the person that I dealt with in person. The details were just slapped on the card, no alignment no contact icons, no message and absolutely no attempt to finesse the design at all. I pointed this all out and received a 2nd attempt which was aligned but that was all. This was received from a 3rd person.I received a message from a 4th contact to which I replied that I was very unhappy with the way this had been handled so far, to which I received no response at all.I was compelled to use a completely different provider, paying a 2nd time for the design service, who has produced an excellent design at the first attempt which just needs a couple of small tweaks.

We have been using Nettl for around 10 years, cannot fault the service of Anthony for both design and efficiency in re-ordering business cards or flyers etc.Great prices too, overall 6 star experience !!

Having used many print producers over the years it has been challenging to find the right balance of quality versus price.Nick and the guys at Nettl worked on two projects for me; both with very different requirements and expectations.Not only did they provide high quality, large display boards for a medical congress they also printed a large batch of leaflets for a local community event and despite me selecting the lowest cost option available the quality of the paper and the print was outstanding.Cannot reccommend Nettl enough.
