Car Valeting and Professional Hand Car Wash

Terrible. Wanted £50 for inside and out. Agreed on £40 but the standard was appalling. Would me we revisit. Definitely the worst one I have used. Do not visit

A really good wash. Car was covered in tree sap and they got it sparkling in minutes. It stayed gleaming for ages after. A little robust with my rear doors but I had just returned from camping and the rear seats were a tetris puzzle of disaster. All in all a really good service.

I took my car here for and inside and outside clean. They left the wheels with dirt on. Bottom of side skirts still dirty. Windows have not been clear correctly and have smear marks on all of them. What a waste of £30. Never again would I use this car wash. Disgusted with the quality of service

I've been using this service for a while now, the standard of the clean is getting worse each time and the price is going up. £40 for an estate car in reasonable state. Streaks left on outside, watermarks on interior and some areas not cleaned at all. Will start going elsewhere in future.

I am very surprised to see average reviews for this car valeting company. I have been there on a regular basis for over five years and therefore can provide an honest review. They are EXCELLENT. A quality service, professional and very polite. Nothing is too much trouble and they work extremely hard even on a cold winters day.

Rip off and didn't even clean car properly. Overpaid and expected a far better job. The door cards and dashboard were not wiped! Rushed it even though they were not busy. Please avoid and don't waste your money here!

Poor - would not recommend. I was quoted £30 upon arrival (4by4) to clean inside and outside, then after I parked up & emptied my car they changed the price to £40, which is extortionate. I expected at that price to be a perfect wash. They rushed it and I found soap on the rear mats upon arriving home, where they hadn’t even taken the time to pressure wash them properly. Not impressed & will not be going back. If your car is even half decent don’t go there. The one on the Witney Road is much much better, an honest service and only £25 for a 4by4.

Summary : A bunch of hasty cash eager road pirates worthy of a pass.I have used them a handful of times over past three years and each time; the service is d progressively worse. Not to mention the lack of professionalism or manners.They drag you in with false pricing - example; say £4.99 on the front but would charge you £18 (!) when you pull in . They are not only sloppy and do not care about the car .It is all about the speed of work with them - I paid £20 on my last visit and the cleaning was completed in 8 minutes.I specifically asked the supervisor to clean the window sills and inside doors (part of the package) but they flat out refused to.On one occasion; after my car was hastily cleaned; they sloshed dirt from another car right on top of mine. There was no apology - just a shrug.See the photos from the last £20 job *after* it was completed. I had to spend another hour to wipe the interiors down.You are better off just turning around on the next roundabout and using the self service or automated car wash opposite to this .
