Future Security Systems

My alarm had been activating all night causing myself and my neighbours a sleepless evening. When I called Future alarms it was explained they had merged with another company and all I can say is they were out standing from start to finish. I don't have a contract - something I will now changing. They arranged for an engineer to attend the same day, the engineer was brilliant, - not a great communicator but if I'm paying for his time that suited me fine ! He was efficient and solved the problem. I cannot recommend them enough the office staff were friendly and helpful, the engineer was efficient and knowledgeable - exactly what I would hope for / expect from a GOOD company.

Poor service with ever increasing prices. After being quoted above average prices Richard Frankham never returned after carrying out an install next door.

As a business that has expanded a lot in recent years, with the add on of an extension and hotel rooms, our intruder and fire alarm needs have changed drastically. As a result we have dealt with your company a lot more and have always found you to be quick to respond and come up with solutions to our changing needs. We would recommend your business unreservedly.

After years of having my alarm serviced with no problems by Richard I was aprehensive when I was informed that Future Alarms had merged with a bigger company. I left a large national company to go to Future as I was not happy with their prices, engineers, attitude or performance. Future were a breath of fresh air and now I was being told another company had bought my 'local security friends'I couldn't have been more wrong. Adam called me to say he was on his way, was polite and solved an annoying issue with the panel that we thought we would have to live with.Needless to say I am very happy I have more of my 'local security friends'.

We have used Future Security Systems for the past 3 years and their staff are very helpful and they go out of their way to make sure that everything is checked. I have never had a problem with their service. I would highly recommend them.

The engineer arrived when he said he would and the installation was carried out with minimum disruption. The whole alarm system blends into the house nicely and I feel much more secure knowing that my home is now protected. I will definitely be recommending Future Security to my friends and family. The engineer attended today to assess the problem I was having with my intruder alarm, he was very efficient and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending Future Security to anyone.

Moved into an older house recently, with a rather old and decrepit system, a friend recommended Future, so I thought I'd give them a go. I spoke to Future about replacing it, they came out within 48hours to give us a quote and also disconnect the old alarm.Very helpful engineer, he checked all the places we might need securing and gave us some tips on how to make out garage and back garden safer.The same engineer came back a week or so later and fitted a simple, but good little alarm. Iwould highly recommend.

Cannot recommend future security systems enough. I recently started up my own business and needed the alarm system updating urgently. After being recommended to this company I called them for advice, they were incredibly helpful and talked me through all options in detail. They quoted me an initial price however on having with work carried out it became apparent I needed unforseen works carrying out. The engineer was overly helpful in explaining all this to me and were very understanding and helpful in keeping the price as near to the initial budget as possible. I fully understood extra work would incur extra cost. I had NO issues with this at all as they were brilliant at efficiency, communication and giving me thier full time and knowledge. I must stress they did EVERYTHING to maintain the cost as reasonable as possible which I felt they did. I will be going back to Future Security to maintain the system I had installed and will be highly recommending them to anyone who needs thier services. Thank you Future Security Systems.

The engineer did not turn up on the morning I had arranged to be off work and when I arranged to be off the following morning the engineer obviously didn't want to be there. He was obnoxious and rude. After taking the alarm bell apart the previously working alarm stopped working and I was told I needed a replacement. He whisked the 'non working' parts away (he left all the other discarded batteries and packaging all over the house but obviously didn't want to leave something that was useful to him!!). He then discovered that the replacement he normally carries in the van was the wrong item and I would be charged for another engineer to visit. He then rushed off without answering any queries telling me that another engineer would sort it out. Another engineer duly arrived and replaced the part charging me an agreed price. I have now been charged additional fees on top of the agreed sum and despite repeated emails have had no replies. I dealt with Future Security Systems over the past 2 or 3 years and have always found them a pleasure to deal with but sadly since they have been taken over by BWS Standfast I can not recommend them.
