Salon was very crumby and when we got there the lady said the one taht does the treatments we had booked wasn't there. Then after waiting there (after driving 45 mins to get there) they refused the voucher. Avoid!

I asked the lady to clean my eyebrows which means excessive hair that is not part of the eyebrows shape. I had grown my eyebrows to be a bit thick so when she butchered my eyebrows i was livid! Than she had the cheek to say they look the same and i only cleaned them she had taken a whole top line of hair out. And had the nerve to give me a loyalty card like I would be returning. I was so upset and disappointed iv got to grow my eyebrows again. Get some well trained staff that maybe will listen to what you ask them to do instead off ruining and upsetting customers.

Absolutely awful place. Had my eyelashes tinted here last Friday....they made me look terrible. Not only did they put way too much dye on my lashes they also put a HUGE thick black line under my eyes that looked like panda eyes...I also had the lady who was applying it tell me to keep my eyes OPEN as she was applying the dye so she got dye all in my eyeball and I couldn't see properly for half an hour after I had it done. I then had the other lady shout No No No keep your eyes closed!" and both women were telling me two different things. I told them I wasn't happy with the result and they was blunt with me and said "I told you to wipe your eyes and you didn't" such rude women and absolutely terrible job. I could have done a better job. It looked like they did it when drunk. Luckily I managed to wipe a lot off. Never will return to this place."

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for an intimate wax while heavily pregnant. Woman number 1 was on the phone talking in another language when she told me to remove my clothes whilst watching me. No privacy or dignity given. I had to tell her to put the phone down so I could explain to her what I wanted, and then throughout the whole thing the other worker was in and out of the room whilst I was indecent. She kept calling the worker in and out to ‘hold the skin’ for her, to which I said that’s fine but she can’t keep coming in and out lesving the door open for any other customers to see me like that. Since the lady obviously couldn’t wax by herself, she ended up basically ripping my skin and when I called her out on it she said ‘you hold the skin then’. I snapped after this as I am currently heavily pregnant and cannot physically bend over to see or hold anything - but she seemed to blame me for her lack of waxing skills. I then ended up leaving in tears, dignity and reputation ruined, sore, refused to pay and had to get someone else to fix the patches they had left. And all they had to say was ‘dont worry we won’t charge you’ like I would’ve paid to be violated like that anyway.

I did give one women the benefit of the doubt. It’s been my third time going into the salon and getting my eyebrows done by this women. I don’t know what her name is but she is so rude. She’s really rough whilst doing eyebrows and doesn’t give me the chance to even take a break if it was hurting. She kept shouting really aggressively.The salon phone rang after she was done with me so as I was cleaning my face off she was shouting down the phone to the customer on the phone. I told her I was cleaning my face off with some tissue but her response was bitter and extremely rude.I have a tragus peircing and whenever I get my eyebrows done by her she dosent take into consideration when she “accidentally” tugs on it.Terrible customer service.I will always ask for the lovley lady Asiya. She is a delight to be served by.

They hve no sense of professionalism they don’t provide service as advertised i book online i gone through with my eyelashes i asked one of colleagues to fo my eyelashes she did it i asked for how mny weeks it will last she said for 3 weeks nd after 3days my left eyelasehes removed by itself i call on saloon she said me to come down i went then she said me i will charge you £20 for one eye i already paid her £20 fpr my eyelashes very unprofessional can’t recommend to go next time totally unprofessionalJust before eid I had a patch test done and this salon said they have a lash technician who does lashes however after I had booked my appointment for 8 in the morning luckily I rung before going and the owner of the salon said I have no appointment and I’m booked in for the evening. When I asked if I can come morning instead she said okay I’ll let you know, after no contact I rung again to be then told that the lash technician has gone awol. I waited another hour then rung to be told ‘the best option is go to another salon’ seriously!! A day before Eid! I then told her I feel like I’m being fobbed off and I’ll leave a review about it, she then said okay I’ll do your lashes then, come now.I went and the owner did my lashes semi permanent which should last 3 weeks, then 2 days later huge bunches of lashes fell out. I made contact and asked her to sort them she said she’s busyI then contacted her a few weeks later for infills which are almost always done from the same salon and her reply was ‘Hi hun hope you well, Unfortunately I let go of my lash technician. The salon won’t be providing lash treatments until we replace her. My reply was Hun you’re the one who did mine anyway and it didn’t take you long. There shouldn’t be an issue will you doing the infill because you applied them.Here was her reply - I’m not the lash technician for the salon atmWe don’t provide these as of yet xMany thanksI’m booked up with other treatments xSo the woman who did the lashes in the first place couldn’t infill them, clearly she was the lash technician to start with and I got totally fobbed off!! Stuck with lashes that couldn’t be infilled by any other salon

I booked in for a massage but no one could do it, I got told when I phoned to let them know I was coming. I'm not local so I'm not happy that they waited till I called them. Then I just rebooked my appointment not that they was a point but I was just hopeful they booked it properly. Finally the day I finally did go they told me to come an hour later so I said okay but seriously what's the point of booking in. I went to my appointment the lady didn't even spent half an hour on the massage. I just thought was that it? Would have liked more effort and time put in as massage wasn't good. Time wasters and wasn't worth the money.

Wife travels all the way for 2 hours to this place after booking her treatments weeks before only to be told on arrival they Don't accept the experience vouchers yet then salon details are on the voucher.They also claimed she never had any booking under her name. I called to find out what was going on and the lady who answered just about understood English to say they do accept them.Couldn't run a bath this team an absolute shambles. Good luck to all other people who have the misfortune to come here.
