Rase Veterinary Centre - Scawthorpe

Went to rase vets to book dog in for kennel cough the receptionist said he was covered till the end of august.Gone today to take dog to kennels to find out he’s not covered and now we are unable to go on holiday.Shocking service

Such wonderful people, went above and beyond to help our dog in her hour of need. Compassionate and supportive. Gave us the time we needed to say goodbye, cannot thank them enough.

The vets were amazing and very knowledgeable. As soon as we went in and I onky spoke a couple of symptoms and they knew exactly what was wrong. They rang round their other vets to see if they could find a vet that would be available for surgery ASAP.They continuously rang to let me know how things are going.They even drove her back and dropped her at my home.Megan on the front desk is an absolute diamond, she knew how anxious I was and just listened to me spouting out chat.Would advise anyone to take their pets here

Me and my cat O.J love it here, all staff are lovely with him , professional, knowledgeable and even got him back out his carrier for an extra cuddle ❤️ he's definitely charmed the staff! So caring to O.J and myself getting me a chair to sit on! 1000% we recommend Rase!

Got my cat booked in for a spay here, took her to the appointment in the morning for them to refuse her and say they booked her in Scunthorpe instead! Bit of a joke considering they know my address so clearly knew it was meant to be the scawthorpe one. And since this was a mistake on their side they didn’t do anything to help me they just told me to ring back in a week?!!In addition to this they clearly know nothing about animals as I took her to the Vets4Pets in wheatley for a spay & they have informed me my cat has a terrible heart murmur that isn’t on her records so a big thanks for not checking my cat properly before an operation!

Had a great experience the past few weeks getting my blue Russian vaccinated and neutered here. My cat hates car drives and and is very anxious when leaving the house but the nurses are very welcoming and eager to make him at ease as soon as we arrive. A big thank you to Paige who was proactively involved in the appointments. Always a smile on her face and a genuine concern for my cats well-being. It is very reassuring to take your pet to experienced people who clearly love what they do.

Have taken both of my cats here now, both treat well and the prices are great. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

My dog was attacked by another dog and I had to take her to the emergency vets at Scunthorpe,couldn’t fault anything at all.Because my dog couldn’t weight bear on her front left leg I was advised to monitor for 24 hours which I did and it didn’t seem to be improving so booked in at my normal Rase vets in Scawthorpe and got the best care for my dog,absolutely 100%.Explained everything to me and did a thorough examination.Honestly cannot fault Rase vets!
