Waited around 20 minutes to get a balloon blown up difficult at checkout to socially distance as there were 2 staff serving and customers had no choice but to pass closely to each other as they left the shop. Purchased a small childs colouring book but they did not sell appropriate crayons or coloured oencils to go with it

Love these Original Factory shops. This is the first time I have been in this particular one and I wasn't disappointed. They have such a variety of goods that I would say you'd be hard pushed if you were looking for something in particular if you couldn't find it in here .

Just have to watch out when entering you don't get knocked over by the local light finger brigade running out with an air fryer without a receiptHappened twice now and think it's the same personJust missed the aftermath in farmfoods where the same thing happenedThese business won't be able to survive due to thefts and crimeThey dont realise the honest shopper pays extra to compensate

Accessible for wheelchairs however may need help with front door which may not be wide enough.Good range of clothes and household items, watch prices though. Some items are a bit pricey.

Love shopping here, the layout rarely changed you can just pop in find what you want pay and leave. Staff are helpful and polite, shop nice and clean

Very spacious store. Things spread apart nicely so you won't bang into things if you're in a mobility scooter or pushing a child.Good variety of products on offer at low cost prices. The pet toys here are half the price of the pet store I visit.Friendly staff that are happy to help you find just what you need.
