Lex Blinds yet again provided an outstanding service from start to finish. We use Lex Blinds for all of our projects and can not fault them. All of our projects are New Builds and the fitters always arrive on site on time and always provide a clean and tidy service without any complications.

Lex blinds representative originally was called to measure curtains, however at the end we decided to go ahead with an external blind as we kept experiencing high heat problems in the room. Blind was fitted 7 weeks from placing the order and fitted by 2 guys who were very quick and respectful, did not even take time to drink tea of coffee. Tarkan the representative was quite thorough with explaining the material options so we went with dark grey material for maximum visibility.

Had the majority of my home fitted with Shutters over the last 2 years final fitting was due to be installed at the beginning of February on arrival it was damaged had to wait a further 3 months had a date for installation and hence that was damaged too.. finally fitted this week when I asked if I was going to be compensated for waiting almost 9 months I was told it is company policy not to give compensationJust read another review where compensation was offered, really!!!I shall be taking this to the BBSA. I have been a good customer so please folks think twice.. would have been happy with a token gesture. I have been contacted by lex after Sandra escalated my complaint and I have kindly been offered a £100 reduction in the price and an apology, I have always been pleased with the standard and quality of their work so will change my review

LexBlinds have very recently installed a beautiful yellow electric awning over our glass roofed extension. The job was done in a few hours, without fuss, and we’re thrilled with it. From start to finish, they have been brilliant to deal with and we couldn’t be happier!

From initial visit to the shop in Loughton, to measuring, , quoting, booking and installing, all aspects of the process were delivered on time by professional, friendly staff. So so over the moon with my shutter blinds that I had fitted today! They came quicker than expected and once they arrived, I was booked in for installation the following week which was quick & seamless - they have done an amazing job putting them in. They are excellent quality and just look so classy. The price was really reasonable and I’m so happy I decided to wait that little longer for shutter blinds than anything else! Just to add that all staff have been great with communicating with us through the process & have all been so lovely. I would recommend Lex blinds over and over thank you so much!!!!

Blinds are too small. One is not centre.Gave opportunity to rectify but instead advised they told me that there would be gaps when I wasn't even there when their staff member was measuring. Also makes a loud noise. Keep the £900. Avoid!
