First of all, thank you for all the tests that you provided for my dog.But I'm not certainly happy with the outcome. That your only solution for possible liver mass tumor was to put my dog down and you did not offer me any treatment for her. That is very disappointing.I paid more than thousands of pounds in 2 days without any real treatment for her. Only one day in the hospital on fluids. That was all.I'm certainly not happy with it. Also, you did not give me my dog's blanket and spoon.

If we could give zero we would. Never, ever, have we experienced such cold, uncompassionate and rude service anywhere, let alone in an environment you expect to be all about the animals. Here it appears to he all about the ego, the smart branding and state of the art surgery and nothing about compassion, smiles, kindness. We can only hope all day our pet was there he was receiving the care that has clearly been kept from owners. It left me cold to leave my cat behind and the feeling was echoed, thankfully by my husband who collected him. We’ve never experienced anything like it. Sign here, pay now, don’t ask questions, minimum info given. And sadly, a traumatised cat at the end of it. All that said, the post op brief was very good.

Lovely vet practice, building always clean and peaceful, birds in reception are fun, staff are knowledgeable,skilled, good listeners, can't ask for more.

We had to take our little doggie over last week as he was poorly. We had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go but they were very supportive and it was done with the upmost respect and love. We were very grateful for the love and care that was given to our little boy, thank you.

Exceptional, the Vets and support staff have been amazingly kind and helpful looking after our much loved cat. He is terminally ill and they have supported us and arranged for us to spend time with him while he is an inpatient having supported feeding. I would strongly recommend the practice and especially Valentin who is an outstanding Vet.

Our dog went to see vet Holly last night as he had a wound needing stitches. We are on holiday so he had never been to the practice before. He is always a bit hesitant of meeting strangers but he took to Holly the moment he saw her. She is really lovely and we felt happy to leave our dog with her. The sutures were incredibly well done. We are very impressed. Thank you for taking great care of Indy.

Great practice, have used them for years and with my previous boy who was a rescue, with baggage, this was always managed and understood with no judgement. However, on my most recent visit, the price increase is ridiculous and in this time where things are more of a struggle, I feel that this is wrong. I know this isn’t Southfields but a Medivet decision but this doesn’t alter the fact that it appears vet practices can charge whatever they like.

Couldn’t be more grateful for the staff here. After my 6 month old pup was admitted out of hours I received updates twice a day keeping my mind at ease. He has come back tired for good reason! All the playing and fun that he has been having with the staff while they took care of him for 48 hours. Thank you so much
