Nice friendly staff who seem to be able to answer most questions to do with rentals and selling. Mr Clark himself is often there which adds a personal touch. Only slight downer is that Amanda is no longer at the office. Boy, was she hot! If you're reading this Amanda, please come to mine and do my EPC. I make great coffee...

The worst agency, Do not buying from them. We had an offer accepted and sent over all of the requested paperwork. After paying thousands to my solicitor and mortgage broker I call the agent for an update as we had not received the contract only to be told they are now selling to someone else! Never once communicated this to me! This should be illegal. Will definitely be filing with The Property Ombudsman. The agents I dealt with the deceived me were Barbara & Ashley.

We placed our house on the market with David Clark and he sold it within 48 hours, what can we say, the service was excellent from start to finish, completion was within six weeks, we would certainly use again !!!

Just bought a house, been very busy and they were great, nudged me tactfully when I needed to do something but didn't bombard me with communications I didn't need like some agents can do. From my viewpoint they understood my needs and got it just right. Thanks to all involved.

We bought a house listed by David Clark. While we therefore aren't the paying client, would have nothing but praise for Barbara, who did everything possible to help during a stressful move! Always chasing parties to help move it on, it felt like she was the only one responding at times, when we felt let down by everyone else. We know who to use if we ever sell!
