Lovely, peaceful countryside B&B. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast. Very welcoming and friendly. Room was bright and fresh with good sized bed.

Rye Hill Farm
We stayed in Rye Hill Farm for 2 nights.Excellent location in the middle of sheep farms in rural Northumberland. Very quiet and serene. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful.Around the property, you can hike around the nearby villages and farms. There are several walking trails and public footpaths that you can take to access little rivers and forests.Rooms are decent sized, with a comfortable bed. we slept like logs.Good range of toiletries provided and hot water throughout the day.Breakfast was excellent - mushrooms, tomatoes, bacon, sausages, eggs (your style) and amazing fried bread.Would love to visit again!

Wonderful location , outstanding facilities within the cottage. Father in law requires ground floor access and all the needs are met including a fully accessible wet room for his own use .Very clean and amply fitted out for family use.Elizabeth is helpful and approachable if required. Can not fault it. ( Oh and the weather was perfect. )

Had a great stay here last week. Beds are very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Great location, just a 10 minute drive from the centre of Hexham and only 30 minutes from the Penines. Elizabeth is a great host too, very welcoming and relaxed. Would stay again

Self catering cottage. Elizabeth was very welcoming. The place was clean,comfortable and the kitchen was well equipt and the en suites had towels and soap etc. There was also a lovely welcoming cake, which was delicious. Views were lovely and very peaceful. A special thank-you as due to covid our booking was changed three times and Elizabeth was very obliging .
