Dr Mansiba Fabiha since I met her she is a good to me ,she is being very good to me.she listen to any thing I have to say.she is so nice

I have had past experiences with them.. all unpleasant. I used to go here years ago, staff are always rude. Calling them during/ inbetween lockdown was a nightmare, they really didn't care about my needs, and referred me to email. Putting this review on here because of the attitude of the receptionist, nasty people..

This is a great NHS dentist. Everyone from the reception, who are efficient and welcoming, to the brilliant dentists are professional and take great care of you and your teeth. I highly recommend them

Few month back I had crazy cold that resulted in not being able to open my jaw without being in agony. I could not chew anything or drink without being in horendous pain. My GP insisted that it is a dental issue and not up to her to offer any medication - I could not book in an emergency dental appointment in person at Clapton Dental Surgery - or get through in the morning to book one - lines were busy first appointment was in six month. (I am private client not NHS) in the end I have managed to get an appointment next day with different local dentist that my partner registered me few years back to confirm that it was not a dental issue and get medication from GP that helped straightaway. Today they have canceled a check up appintment that was made 6 month ago and last time I went with my 3 year old for a check up the dentist was rushing so much that my daughter was totally freaked out. Needless to say I am changing.

This dentist has shown nothing but poor service. Please do not waste your money and your energy for this poor practice within the community. I have been trying to get in contact with this dental service for my root canal that I have paid for a long period of time with no response from the management team. I was at the final stage of my root canal ( to receive a crown) even to get to the final stage of the treatment was a hideous experience due to poor service and lack of empathy shown by the Clapton dentist.( trainees performing treatment that they are not even confident to carry out which cause more injury to the wound) My treatment has still not been finished off and still no response from the practice due to their lack of communication and no care. Which is their duty of care to ensure every patient has received a reassuring comfortable treatment . Please do not waste your time or money on this place because all you will receive is shambles and a rushed dental treatment ready to fob you off !!!

I can't recommend Dewald and his team at Clapton Dental Surgery more highly to anyone who needs cosmetic work done. I had a veneer and crown replaced. I have had veneers on my front teeth for over 30 years and have had them replaced many times over the years due to breaks or wear. I have never felt so safe with a dentist. He talked me through every step of the treatment, explaining what her was doing and using the digital software to model what he was going to do. As a result of the amount of treatment I have had over the years, I am anxious about visiting the dentist and will put it off if at all possible. The whole experience was miles away from anything I have had in the past. The digital technology and Dewald's expertise had me so interested in the process that I forgot to be nervous. I am delighted with the results and I will return for further treatment without any nerves. Thank you

The care given on each of our visits has been above and beyond. On our most recent visit some disappointing news was handled with sensitivity and tact, treatment options discussed clearly and the treatment then delivered was excellent quality. A really great practice.

Worst dental practice!! From the reception to the dental stuff. So rude and unhelpful. The owner/dentist is arrogant and rude. They do not care about you patients only money

Really friendly receptionist along with the dental staff too. My dentist zaneta was really friendly and theough and gave good advice and did her job really well. I felt safe and was in good hands. I do recommend this practice and they dentist Henna who dealt with my daughter was really good and friendly with her and made her feel comfortable and safe as she was a little scared of getting her fiiling done.
