Moved here 2 months ago.Literally new as the building was only built this year and you got quite Modernized stuff, like cinema room and gym for all residents, or TV for private use.Staffs would get problems quickly solved and the room is just well designed for convinience.

It is a great accommodation. Get along well with staff here (Aiko). She is friendly and help me a lot. I lived here for 3 years and I am willing to live here next year. Highly recommend!!!

It’s a great accommodation with friendly workers and morden decorations. The location is close to university campus. If you live in a higher levels, you can have a wonderful viewing of the city.

This accommodation is close to uni and also very cheap, but it has poor sound insulation, my roommate speak just little louder than normal and the sound of hair dryer also can heard. The reception always no one at here, my package was lost because there is no one at reception. The lift was damaged for a week last month.

I am really fortunate to be able to live in Trippet Lane during the pandemic. The staff Jurgens and Aiko are very nice, responsible and patient.The biggest advantage of my room is that it can get much natural light, especially after comparing my friends’ rooms, they will always envy my room, during the pandemic, my friends always want to escape from their own room, I won't at all. In addition, the facilities and buildings are very new, and the location is very convenient, a nearby supermarket is just a short walk away.

Great accommodation in term of interior décor, location and services. The building is quite modern with a warm interior design, the furniture are of good quality (feels very premium), the location is great as it is only 5mins from the Diamond (UoS) and have a Tesco and Sainsbury's nearby, and their is laundry, cinema room, study area and gym on site.
