Early Steps Dudley Day Nursery

Fantastic nursery. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are are bright and full of equipment to make learning and playtime fun. Excellent meals and snacks. My child loves it.

Amazing nursery, my son loves it - he has been attending since he was 11 months old and they have helped him come on leaps and bounds.Lovley staff and lovley atmosphere for the children , I will always use this nursery going forward for any further children . 10 out of 10 !

A brilliant nursery , staff are professional and my daughter loves it here. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nursery. Security and cleanliness is good and food must be good as my daughter never complains .

Fantastic nursery with very helpful and kind staff . My daughter has been with this nursery for over a 2 years. We are from Poland and daughter firstly had a problem with communicate but now she is happy every day to come and learn something new and meet and talk with friends there . recommend them to everyone . Amazing bunch of ladies here, I felt like Shelby fitted in straight away and they are all brilliant with her! From the first day I took Shelby in for a viewing, I felt very much at ease. Her first full day i felt totally at ease leaving her and as it was the first time I had left her I knew she was fine with all of the girls there. Brilliant nothing is to much for them and are there for anything needed, Shelby eats pretty much all of the food that they provide and shes is so comfortable in coming to nursery. Highly recommended

I genuinely can't fault the staff and service at Early Steps, Dudley. My little boy has been going there since he was one. He's now 19 months old and the progress he has made over those 7 months has been phenomenal. He absolutely loves it there! when I go through the staff members names of a morning with him, he gets all excited about getting to the door to see which friendly member of staff will greet him that morning. He walks straight in without a care in the world, because he absolutely loves it there! he sometimes doesn't even want to leave!! He goes 5 days a week, full time. The staff are very helpful, caring and really supportive. All members of staff are approachable and I feel like they genuinely care about my son which is a great relief! They are happy to chat at the door, on the phone, or over email about your child. They are always happy to help and you never feel like you're bothering them! The Nursery is clean, tidy and Covid safe. Best nursery in the area, by far!

My son Reggie has recently started attending Early Steps Nursery Dudley and we cannot be happier! The staff are really friendly and he has progressed so much in the last 3 months in considering he was in lockdown the whole time before he is now interacting with staff and other children lovely. Would highly recommend!

I had to change nurseries during lockdown as my childrens previous nursery closed. Due to being a key worker i had to move the children to a different setting and this nursery was recommended too me by the previous nursery i was at which was busy bees on the milking bank. Because of all the restrictions in place i was not able to view the nursery from the inside but from the very first day after picking my two children up from the new nursery there faces beamed with excitement and happiness and both said they had a good time. The boys continued to attend the nursery with smiles for a few months and even when it came to the old nursery reopening i asked the boys which nursery they wanted to stay at and they chose the new nursery. I took the happiness from my boys and secured their place at the new nursery where they have continued to have an amazing time and the staff have been so acomodating and friendly and put me at ease every day i had to leave the children. Highly reccomend.

I cannot praise this Nursery enough for their efforts. All the staff are approachable, friendly, caring and go beyond.My daughter had been to previous nurseries to this one but I was never one hundred percent happy until she attended Early Steps.Being in the childcare sector myself, I found everything I wanted for my daughter at this Nursery.She was happy from week one when she previously had not settled at other nurseries. She has formed strong , working relationships with staff and they really made her security and confidence a priority.Also, I especially liked how this nursery uses the curiosity approach.The learning environment and activities are both engaging and based on individuals interests.Most importantly the children there feel safe , happy and secure.

My daughter has been with this nursery for over a year now. They are absolutely fantastic, I would recommend them to everyone. My daughter has a health condition and they have helped with that every step of the way. Even raising money for her charity. I will be very sad when it comes to her leaving as I know she loves it.
