It was not organised at all! No one ever at the reception to take calls and no one mentioned, our massages will be at 1pm, no one advised to come an hour earlier to enjoy the spa before the treatment. We came by 1pm and were late for our massages! A massage was just ok, I was bathed in oil like never in my life. Changing room is tiny, no one replacing teas, the food and the restaurant is in the lounge with all people are arriving with bags and it was not relaxing at all. Very disappointed!

We did the dine and unwind package and then paid a bit extra for a massage each. The spa and massage were really good, but the meal wasn't worth it (explained below). This is a really lovely and relaxed spa and it looks beautiful. The little pool is cute and even though pretty small, it is still big enough to do a little swim or a muck about if there's not a lot of others in the pool at the same time. We were lucky enough that most of the time we were there, no one else wanted to use the pool. There is a decent amount of space to sit and chill in the spa area and the Jacuzzi and steam room are in in the same area as the pool. There are saunas, but these are not mixed and are located in the male and female changing rooms, so you do have to go out of the spa area back to the changing rooms to use the sauna and if you are a male and female couple, you obvs have to go to the saunas separately. The sauna area is nice though and the showers are great. The massage was good and the staff were lovely. They made me feel very relaxed and there was a separate space to chill and lay down with a tea after the massage.HOWEVER...don't get the dine and unwind package, it's just not worth it. There is only two options for starters and main meal and it just wasn't worth it considering that works out at £60 for the meal. The options for the main meal was a meat burger or some tortellini which was vegetarian.I recommend doing the day pass which is £70 and gives you four hours, then going for a nice dinner somewhere else in the kings cross area as the extra you'd have paid for the dine and unwind package (£30 each) will get you a much better dinner elsewhere. All the staff were great, everyone was very kind and helpful.

We booked Lunch Escape. The massage excellent, the service was good, the facility was lovely. We had to wander a bit to figure out where we were supposed to be for our massage and were unclear of the lay out. I wish we could have got a little walk through. Then came lunch downstairs. After a relaxing afternoon in the spa, we had lunch with our lunch escape. It took 2 hours! I couldn't believe how long our food and drinks took to come out. I went from relaxed to stressed in no time at all. The late lunch ruined our plans for the rest of the day, as we had scheduled entries to our next things for the day. Super frustrating that the staff did not seem at all prepared. I understand these things happen sometimes and I certainly felt bad for the overworked server. Not a great way to end a spa day.

St. Pancras Spa
Went for the day spa and massage that was absolutely amazing I would probably say it’s the best I’ve had , the service is outstanding and everything you need is provided, the pool was perfect temperature, the steam room and sauna was brilliant, just everything about the place is everything you expect from a 5* hotel and the price for 2 people including an hour massage as a couple was around £140 pp bit pricey but definitely worth it ! Thank you very much St Pancras

St. Pancras Spa
Visited a few days ago, pool was out of order but was kindly given a voucher to come back and enjoy it. Which was very nice of them. My only critique would be the labelling of cryo on the facial. It was quite a short part of the facial and they use cold globes. I was expecting a different experience but that’s fine. I enjoyed it just wish the cryo section was longer. Think it was probably 5-10 minutes of my 60 minute facial

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the St. Pancras Spa and I have to say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the serene atmosphere and the friendly welcome from the staff. The spa facilities themselves were top-notch. The heated pool was a particular highlight for me, and I spent hours relaxing and unwinding in the warm water. The sauna and steam room were also fantastic, and left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. But what really set this spa apart for me was the quality of the treatments. I opted for a full body massage and it was truly one of the best I've ever had. The therapist was highly skilled and attentive, and I left feeling like a new person.Overall, I can't recommend the St. Pancras Spa highly enough. Whether you're looking for a relaxing day of pampering or simply want to unwind after a busy week, this is the perfect place to do it. The staff are friendly, the facilities are top-notch, and the treatments are out of this world. 5 stars!

I’ve been visiting St Pancras Spa for the past 7 years. I’ve usually booked the Journey to Inner Strength experience. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed the customer service and quality of this establishment has deteriorated somewhat. They’ve changed a lot of the services offered during the expensive experiences. Half of what was previously received during the Journey to Inner Strength is no longer offered e.g. no hand and foot dip wax, no facial etc. so I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone now as it’s simply not value for money in comparison to what it was.The therapists now try to sell extra things to you even before the massage starts. Facial and eye masks for an extra £30+. On a recent visit this month Aug 2023 the massage therapist had the worst bad breath, garlic breath. It was terrible. When I was asked by reception team how everything was I explained my experience but they couldn’t really care less.I’ve highlighted to the reception/management team last year and highlighted it again this year that the jacuzzi is chilly! They’ve obviously turned down the heating. I’ve also mentioned that some massage rooms on the corridors carry sound badly. This happened to me last year. It’s not nice to spend a lot of money on experiences and hear people talking, doors closing loudly, people coming and going etc. but again nothing was done to try and put things right for the customer. Additionally, trying to get through to the spa on the phone can be very challenging, to the point of frustration.St Pancras charge premium prices but the service no longer matches. The afternoon tea £49 per person was also disappointing. Sandwiches, scones and cakes were tasteless and dry. I will look elsewhere for my spa experiences now.

I’ve been to this spa more than six times in five years and have had a mix of the treatments, from the full on Journeys (my favourite is the English Garden) and one off treatments. This is one of the best spas I’ve ever been to and is our go-to in London. Yes, booking isn’t a fantastic experience and takes some effort and reminding but once you’re there, you forget everything.Best parts for me: details are thought to the core (flip flops instead of soggy slippers, a jewellery box in the locker, towel on the floor when you get off the massage bed), great service (excellent therapists year after year, someone shows you to the facilities, very cordial staff, therapists adjust to your requests and comments), luxurious treatment facilities (heated memory foam bed with adjustable heights for back/knees; spacious and fully decked out changing rooms with Dyson hair dryers, toiletries, vanity kits, and separate sauna and steam rooms for those who rather not use the ones by the pool, fantastic relaxation room with warm blankets) and convenient location.Cons: the pool is small and can easily feel crowded, the pool temp is sometimes too cool for a long swim but was perfect for our last visit. The facials are for relaxation and not really for skin improvement. In summary: It’s modestly sized and pricy but worth it if you’re going for a treatment. It’s also a place I am happy to take or send close friends and family for a special occasion.

I was gifted an aromatherapy massage and facial at St Pancras Spa and it was amazing! Before my treatments I arrived early to enjoy the Spa. I’m personally not a huge fan of steam or sauna but the pool and jacuzzi were great. So lovely and warm, peaceful and really easy to unwind. It’s kind of hard to believe you’re in the epicentre of the bustling Kings across.Mary, who did my treatments, was a dream. I was welcomed with an array of aromatherapy scents to choose from and some lovely peppermint tea. The massage was unreal, so relaxing, perfect pressure and got rid of some really horrible knots! Similarly the facial, which included a head and neck massage was really wonderful - my skin looked and felt amazing straight after, which usually never happens to me. I would come back again, just to be seen by Mary. I’ve had quite a lot of massages and facials in my time and this was one of the best. Certainly the best I’ve had in London! After you get to go in a relaxation room to have some tea, snacks and just feel zen before you have to tackle the world again.Really recommend.
