I would just like to say what a pleasure it was having the Balford team come in and totally remodel our bathroom whilst we went on holiday we sat down several weeks before we went away and talked over what we wanted Dan listened to what we wanted and came up with some very good ideas we got a plan went over the colours and design and left it to the team to do the job they organised the different tradesmen needed and gave us a daily update with pictures I highly recommend anyone looking to have any work done look no further than Balford plumbing very trustworthy young men and a credit to there trade

Balford was recommended to me by a friend after having some dodgy cowboys turn up and over price me for work knowing I’m a vulnerable single mum. Dan responded to my messages immediately, even when I was cheeky and messaged late at night stressing about a leak. He put my mind at ease, gave me a very reasonable price to have my heating system redone with a combi boiler. Fitted me in quickly, turned up on time, great communication and friendly. So so pleased with the service and definitely will be using again and recommending to others. Thanks again guys, I really appreciate it!

Balford were amazing. They had one hell of a job on their hands in our house where the previous owners had bodged the plumbing. Balford put it all right, and installed a completely new bathroom, did the tiling, new lighting, plastering etc. It looks great! Very professional and friendly. We are very happy.

I first met Dan from Balford when working as his childminder and approached him about refitting my bathroom. Dan was brilliant, he listened to my ideas, looked at my less than professional drawings and then came up with a plan. He had a brilliant bathroom fitter working for him who did all the work while I went on holiday (they are totally trustworthy, extremely reliable and honest and do their work to the highest spec possible) We love our new bathroom and if I need to ask questions (even 4 months on) Dan will always answer them. I will always ask Dan and Daryl if I need anything else done with the heating as they are brilliant.
