We bought 3 bulbs, but after a couple of days one bulb stopped working. We contacted them, provide evidences of the bulb not working, however we didn't get any answer after a week. Bad customer service.------ Update: They eventually replied after 10 days saying they were sorry because our email ended up in the SPAM folder. They were apologetic and they replaced the bulb free of charge.
