Bangladesh High Commission, London

The Bangladeshi High Commission in London provided an outstanding service for my daughter's birth certificate and e-passport. They were exceptionally fast, well-organized, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I'm impressed by their efficiency and commend their excellent service. Specifically, Md Kamruzzaman was fantastic and professional.

Service improved a lot, the staff is friendly and professional, they deserve respect for their hard work. I thank the consoler and all the staff especially that uncle with the beard who is very nice and welcoming and that slim boy with curly hair and the girl next to him who works for e-passport, they waited for me even outside their working hours so that I could finish applying for my niece's e-passport

I went renew my passport. The device was very good. There were one family with new born baby, staff gave them extra care, it was really nice to see. I done my passport on time. Mr. Habib going wonderful with customer service

This is my 3rd time visiting! We I came in winter time it was very cold at the counter no centre heating! Now, summertime is also no air cooler! As a Bangladeshi high commission represents our belove of country! I found a copula of foreign in the waiting area. What they will think before they get visiting the Bangladesh!

Every time I go there, I am very well assisted by the staff who are very much approachable and willing to help everyone, sometimes they have to help too many people at once, they become restless so I feel really bad for them because people should be more patient toward the staff of the High Commission due the high volume of work they do. I have noticed that if u behave gentle with the staff they r the kindest people ever, but if u don't show respect to the staff, how can you expect respect in return! Every time I was at the High Commission, the staff were helping, considerate to request and humble enough to provide the correct information. Of course there are sometimes shortage of resources and lack of proper information but the staff can barely manage this because this is managed my the higher-ups, like government, so it is pointless to blame these on the staff. Thanks for doing the good work!

Great service and very efficient. I had come to to collect my passport and Mr Farouk (I hope I am getting the name right) had very kindly looked into my matters with utmost sincerity and dedication. I got back both my new passport and the old one. Thank you for the great work that you do

I have been trying to submit a visa application online for the last 2 days. I have completed it about 5 times and once I’m on the final page it refreshes and doesn’t let me submit and then tells me there’s an error? You can’t even get an appointment without filling it out? Which is stupid. The website needs complete upgrading, so hard to navigate and so slow. Also has viruses as my chrome or safari application was prompting me to be alert of the website. Also there was a data breach, as I logged back in to see the process of my application because it wasn’t submitting; the reference number they had given me for my application ended up logging me on to another persons visa application, someone from New York USA! What a cause for concern! A new system must be introduced. This online form is a nuisance!
