I used Eden for my house sale and purchase and they were absolutely fantastic. I loved how transparent and simple they make everything with the use of a dashboard and task list so you can see exactly what stage you are at and what needs to be done. Also my solicitor, Kate Mercer was very helpful, fast and professional. We were a chain of 3 and sold our house in early April 23 and exchanged in late July 23. I would definitely use them again (not that I want the stress of packing and moving again anytime soon!) and have recommended them to anyone I know looking to move. 10/10
