Don't use their services, I was stuck out of the country and they got rid of everything I had they have no mercy no patience, they gave all my belongings to a third party and they team don't event have the contact of that disposal company. I was given false information. And today I lost everything my heart is so broken I honestly can't express the feeling of losing everything you have, from furniture, document, clothes memories and more

The whole place is dirty. Came back (after leaving my furniture in there for nearly 6 + months) to mouse droppings all over my stuff for my new place. Disgusting. I didnt expect there to be mice at a brand new storage unit. especially since I was on the second floor. Most of my furniture now has to be professionally cleaned. Not happy AT ALL.

I have a unit and the end of a hallway, in the darkest part away from the windows. The ceiling lamp by my unit was removed for some reason-I checked adjacent hallways & they did it there also in same spots. The whole lamp is unmistakably gone, there are holes left in the ceiling.I cannot see anything in my storage now-it used to be light, now I need to use my phone torch. Shurgard excuse was they are complying to some energy regulations (saving money by introducing compulsory blackout to paying customers?). Oh, and a month or two ago the prices went up again. What am I paying for?Also-trolleys have no stoppers on the wheels and the whole outside parking area is on the slope. You need to fight gravity when loading / unloading or your items will end up on someone’s car or the fence.
