Paw-Fect Grooming, Daycare and Boarding

Brought my puppy here for the first time excellent service really friendly staff can't wait for shop to reopen.

Got my cockapoo groomed here at 3 months old. She looked amazingly fluffy and smelled great. Very friendly staff and they cared for my dog well. They also showed me how to properly groom her at home. Very impressed. definitely recommended.

Absolutely terrible place. I spoke to them and arranged to leave my dog there stating that it was for a surgical procedure in hospital.They were also aware of my mobility problems and anxiety however phoned on the day to cancel without giving reason or notice. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat a person so would not trust them with an animal. I am part of a very large group and when telling others about my treatment I heard some truly terrible things about them losing dogs and also having other dogs dangerously out of control. Although it was a massive inconvenience to mevthey done me a massive favour!

They don't care about the pets. The groomer smokes whilst grooming the pet and quickly puts it away when someone walks into the shop to hide it. Pets have a stressful time here.

I have been taking my dogs to Pawfect simce it opened in 2011. Always a good and professional service and more importantly my dogs love it there. The team are always kind and caring and always have tome to discuss your grooming requirements. They leave amelling beautiful. Have also used their doģgy daycare which is an exceĺlent service. Highly recommend x

I think my 2 dogs ollie (Cavachon) and Buddy (Cockerpoo) have been groomed here three times now, so glad I found them absolutely the best groomers I know. Lovely grooming done. Buddy is quite nervous and scared of loud noises, I worry about him getting stressed out and I feel confident that he is cared for here. My husband has spent a lot of time in and out of hospital over the past couple of years so the brushing may not happen as often as it should, I appreciate sometimes there coats have not been easy to do and they never just completely shave them like some groomers but take a massive amount of time on them. I have groomed them both myself due to COVID-19 Lockdown - WOW how much do I appreciate what a job dog groomers do, I always did but more so now! It took me hours and they only looked slightly better when I had finished! There is definately an art and skill to the grooming! Thank you all at Paw-Fect, I would now rather wait for appointments than use any one else. As I said it is also a massive peace of mind knowing the dogs are treated with love and care while being groomed! They come out looking and smelling wonderful and seem so happy! If you are considering PAW-FECT do not hesitate they are amazing!
