We are so pleased and impressed with Torbay Blinds. From the initial visit from James and the friendly and efficient way he explained everything to the professional installation by extremely competent fitters. The end result is beautiful electronically operated external awnings that look great and are so easy to operate. We highly recommend this company. Mr & Mrs King, Devon.

Excellent service! I have an older model Velux window which needed a new blind so went to Torbay Blinds. They directed me to where I should find the model number on the window and what letters and digits it should contain which was very helpful as when checking it had been obscured by paint by the previous owner over time. I removed the small panel with the model number on it and took it to them. They carefully removed the aged paint and were finally able to read the model number so they could place the order. I then selected the blind I wanted which took two weeks to arrive as informed and it was installed by their fitter for a small fee. I would pay the installation fee all day long as he turned up at 8am (early booking as requested) - fitted it and then I was able to get away on time that day! Superb! I would definitely recommend this company as they offer a friendly, prompt and professional service!

Awful customer service. Agent came around with minimal gumph to demonstrate. Did not use PPE or even ask if we wanted him to wear some. Also stated that the Business customers would take priority. Well Torbay blinds, you just lost out big time as we went to Hillarys. They were more expensive but at least they know how to treat prospective customers. If I could give them less than one star I would. I don’t even think they are worth one star!

We had our kitchen blinds and awning fitted by Torbay blinds over a year ago. We found the service very professional, and the blinds and fitting excellent. We'd certainly recommend them. Our kitchen was a different place in the summer!

I have had 3 roller blinds fitted in my bay window and replacement fabric on a vertical blind and I am very happy with the quality and fitting. Every member of staff I have dealt with have been friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Rang them on a Friday morning to arrange an appointment for a quote. Details taken and was told someone would ring me back. No call so I rang again on the following Monday afternoon. Got a blunt answer well we're busy". Was told they had my details and again someone would ring me back. I asked when and was told it would be Friday (5 days later)! It's been 13 days now and still no call. Zero customer service
