I just had my old car part exchanged for a newer one. I dealt with Darrell Watson, who was very helpful and professional from day 1. Everything was very smooth and quick. The lady who answered the phone was always polite and happy to help. I highly recommend the store.

Excellent service from start to finish from Tim; a true customer service experience. Nothing was too much trouble and all my questions ( and there were a lot!!) answered promptly and without hesitation due to his fantastic product knowledge. Loving the car (ZS Exclusive 1.5) and would 100% recommend.

Ben kept me up to date, was courteous, helpful and friendly. the whole process from start to finish was brilliant. Also the lady who greeted me at the door was lovely, the front desk was clean, tidy and in general the whole shop front and seating area was clean and inviting.

Terrible experience. I booked my car in for an MOT and service. Two days later it was still waiting on a wiper blade for MOT. I'm not sure if my car even had a service as service warning still on. No phone calls for the entire time they had my car.

Salesman David at MG East Kilbride was great. Really helpful in arranging to get my new car to me as quick as possible following it's delivery. I have bought my last 5 cars with Arnold Clark, all different branches, and I have to say East Kilbride was definitely worth travelling that bit further for.David was able to get me a better deal for a brand new car to reduce the cost per month which was ideal! Really pleased with the customer service this time round.
