The staff were amazing from the test to the cashier. I was informed about the offers and totally took advantage of it.

Geeta from Boots Optician was extremely helpful, kind, courteous and polite in assisting me with my purchase of new pair of varifocals spectacles. She was very knowledgeable on the range of products and lenses and made my purchase a simple and less complicated process.

everyone was very kind and helpful. they explained everything which was nice and even though i took a long time picking glasses Michael was patient with me and helped me so much. was very cheap as well which was a huge bonus!

Had a bad week thinking i was losing my eye sight after an accident at work and after a visit to hospital I was told to rest my eyes then visit an optician for a sight test, I usually use specsavers but I have had a few bad experiences with prescription glasses made to the wrong prescription in the past and wanted to try another opticians instead, on entering the store on linthorpe road in Middlesbrough I was greeted with a smile and made to feel very welcome and put at ease about my eye problem, I was worrying about losing part of my sight and not being able to drive again, I was seen by consultant A Pemberton who put my mind at ease, he was very down to earth, he recommended a certain type of eye drops to reduce swelling in my swollen eye which worked brilliantly within a few hours, he also pointed out that the glasses I was wearing did not coincide with the prescription I had brought with me so yet again specsavers had messed up my prescription from the previous year.Credit when it’s due, I now know where I will be going for my future eye tests glasses and contact lenses
