Always have a brilliant service everytime I go here. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The only thing that stops it having 5 stars is that when it's busy there is only 1 person serving and I think there should be a second person. (There's always been 1 everytime I've been).

To be honest ECP sell the white grease and it's cheap, I'm more concerned that customers can see the men gassing with each other out the back while the young girl is serving, it does not look good, I then have to tell a customer to wait their turn as he's asking the girl questions when serving me, The Indian man was offended however CS is my thing so I like the customer recieving total attention, I really felt awful for the girl and I even joked that the men out the back seemed busy.Now I fully understand they might have all been in a break but how is the customer to know that, I was not impressed
