Saxby Decorating

Carl has completed a number of decorating jobs for us now and is always so professional in his communication in the lead up to the work. His work is done to an excellent standard, with huge attention to detail, we're always delighted with the result.

From start to finish, every part of this work was carried out completely professionally. Carl and his partner were happy to patiently help me choose colours ( decision making is not my strong point) and then went on to prepare the kitchen and lounge thoroughly before making an excellent job of both rooms. Carl is a real perfectionist and went the ‘extra mile’ to ensure we were both completely satisfied with the work. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough - definitely a five star job!

Working with Carl and his team was a wonderful experience - they repainted the whole exterior of our Grade II listed house and redid all the woodwork on the windows and doors. The outcome was a total transformation visually as well as in quality. Their level of skill and craftsmanship is of the highest quality with very careful attention to detail. The friendliest and kindest team, that are always punctual, incredibly considerate and tidy, and clear and transparent in communication. Highly recommended!

Carl has very recently re-decorated our bedroom including all woodwork and ceiling as well as spray painting our built-in wardrobes and a custom made chest of drawers. Carl also re-decorated our hallway including all interior doors, door frames, dado rail and ceiling.We would highly recommend him without hesitation. The finish on all of the work is exceptional. The spray painted furniture looks and feels excellent. Our 15 year old wardrobes look as good, if not better, than the Sharps fitted wardrobes we had installed two years ago in our spare bedroom. From start to finish Carl has been a great choice to paint our kitchen cabinets. Meticulous preparation and obsessive care taken to provide a brilliant finish. We are very pleased with the exterior wood repairs and paintwork recently carried out by Carl, the finish looks as good as new! We had thought that one cill in particular was 'too far gone' but the repair looks great and we shouldn't need to consider replacement for many years now thankfully. Carl works carefully & obviously takes pride in his work. Good to see that he is passing on his approach & skills to his assistant too.
