Krav Maga / KAPAP Training Centre

Fantastic place to train with experienced instructors that hold many years in mixed martial arts. The instructors let you come a few times free of charge to ease you in and to see if you enjoy the style.I've been going twice a week since the end of May 2022 and I'm hooked. The people here are like family and welcome new comers with open arms. There's a strong family/community vibe here and it makes it that extra bit special.There are communal events like bbqs, movie nights and many other fun events too.Would highly recommend if you're looking to lose weight and learn some good self defence at the same time.
